Pietonii pot merge \u00eencet, gr\u0103bi pasul sau chiar alerga \u201epe zebr\u0103\u201d, at\u00e2ta timp c\u00e2t respect\u0103 anumite reguli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 o persoan\u0103 care alearg\u0103 pe trecere e lovit\u0103 de o ma\u0219in\u0103, \u0219oferul va fi cercetat penal pentru v\u0103t\u0103mare corporal\u0103 din culp\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform legisla\u021biei rutiere \u00een vigoare, nu exist\u0103 nicio interdic\u021bie pentru pietoni privind traversarea \u00een fug\u0103 a str\u0103zii pe la trecerea de pietoni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar, Codul Rutier 2025 stabile\u0219te mai multe reguli stricte \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/de-ce-sunt-amendati-soferii-atunci-cand-pietonul-traverseaza-prin-loc-nepermis-19364106\">traversarea<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Este legal s\u0103 traversezi \u00een fug\u0103 pe trecerea de pietoni?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Codul Rutier 2025 nu men\u021bioneaz\u0103 nic\u0103ieri c\u0103 traversarea trebuie s\u0103 se fac\u0103 doar \u00een mers normal sau la pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219adar, din punct de vedere legal, pietonii pot alerga pe trecere f\u0103r\u0103 a risca sanc\u021biuni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Important este ca traversarea s\u0103 fie regulamentar\u0103, adic\u0103&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/ce-viteza-trebuie-sa-ai-la-trecerea-de-pietoni-cand-se-acorda-prioritate-celor-care-traverseaza-19337212\">pietonul<\/a>&nbsp;s\u0103 se angajeze pe trecerea marcat\u0103 sau semaforizat\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 se asigure \u00eenainte de a p\u0103\u0219i pe carosabil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 aceste condi\u021bii sunt \u00eendeplinite, responsabilitatea accidentului revine \u0219oferului, chiar \u0219i \u00een situa\u021bia \u00een care pietonul alearg\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar, faptul c\u0103 legea nu interzice traversarea \u00een fug\u0103 a str\u0103zii, nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 e sigur s\u0103 alergi pe trecere. Din contr\u0103, pentru c\u0103 nu ai nici timp s\u0103 te asiguri suficient, \u0219i nici \u0219oferii nu au timp s\u0103 te vad\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 opreasc\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00e2nd sunt \u0219oferii obliga\u021bi s\u0103 acorde prioritate pietonilor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Codul Rutier stabile\u0219te clar momentele \u00een care \u0219oferul trebuie s\u0103 opreasc\u0103 pentru a permite trecerea pietonilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obliga\u021bia de acordare a priorit\u0103\u021bii apare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>atunci c\u00e2nd semaforul pietonilor este verde, iar cel al vehiculelor este ro\u0219u sau galben intermitent;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la orice trecere pentru pietoni marcat\u0103 \u0219i semnalizat\u0103 legal;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la virajul la dreapta sau la st\u00e2nga pe culoarea\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/cine-e-vinovat-daca-pietonul-traverseaza-pe-trecere-fara-sa-se-asigure-ce-prevede-codul-rutier-actualizat-19259084\">verde-intermitent<\/a>, c\u00e2nd \u0219oferul trebuie s\u0103 acorde prioritate tuturor participan\u021bilor la trafic, inclusiv pietonilor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pietonii pot traversa \u0219i pe la col\u021bul str\u0103zii, \u00een lipsa unei treceri. \u00cen aceast\u0103 situa\u021bie, \u00eens\u0103, pietonii nu au prioritate, iar \u0219oferii nu sunt obliga\u021bi s\u0103 opreasc\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen cazul trecerilor semaforizate, pietonul poate traversa numai pe culoarea verde. Pentru trecerile nesemaforizate, pietonul trebuie s\u0103 se asigure \u00eenainte de a p\u0103\u0219i pe carosabil, \u00een timp ce \u0219oferul este obligat s\u0103 opreasc\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Situa\u021bii \u00een care pietonul nu are prioritate pe trecerea de pietoni<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Exist\u0103 c\u00e2teva scenarii \u00een care legea nu permite pietonului s\u0103 traverseze, chiar dac\u0103 se afl\u0103 pe trecere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Articolul 167 din Codul Rutier interzice pietonilor s\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>se angajeze \u00een traversare dac\u0103 se apropie un autovehicul cu regim prioritar, care are \u00een func\u021biune semnalele luminoase \u0219i sonore;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>traverseze prin fa\u021ba sau spatele vehiculului oprit \u00een sta\u021bia unui mijloc de transport public, \u00een lipsa unei treceri amenajate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prelungeasc\u0103 inutil timpul de traversare, s\u0103 se\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/video-gest-inconstient-un-sofer-traverseaza-calea-ferata-desi-barierele-erau-lasate-18924117\">opreasc\u0103<\/a>\u00a0ori s\u0103 se \u00eentoarc\u0103 pe trecerile nesemaforizate; s\u0103 traverseze prin locuri nepermise;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ocupe carosabilul pentru a bloca circula\u021bia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em><strong>Traversarea drumului public de c\u0103tre pietoni se face perpendicular pe axa acestuia, numai prin locurile special amenajate \u0219i semnalizate corespunz\u0103tor [\u2026] dup\u0103 ce s-au asigurat c\u0103 o pot face f\u0103r\u0103 pericol pentru ei \u0219i ceilal\u021bi participan\u021bi<\/strong><\/em>\u201d, stabile\u0219te Art. 72 (3) din OUG 195\/2002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219adar, chiar dac\u0103 traversarea \u00een fug\u0103 pe trecere nu e interzis\u0103, asigurarea \u00eenainte de a trece strada e obligatorie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 pietonul ignor\u0103 aceast\u0103 obliga\u021bie \u0219i e accidentat, poate fi g\u0103sit vinovat pentru producerea evenimentului rutier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">E\u0219ti obligat s\u0103 opre\u0219ti dac\u0103 pietonul e pe sensul opus?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Codul Rutier sanc\u021bioneaz\u0103 \u0219oferii care nu acord\u0103 prioritate pietonilor doar dac\u0103 ace\u0219tia se afl\u0103 pe sensul de mers al ma\u0219inii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<strong><em>Constituie contraven\u021bie \u0219i se sanc\u021bioneaz\u0103 cu amenda prev\u0103zut\u0103 \u00een clasa a III-a de sanc\u021biuni \u0219i cu aplicarea sanc\u021biunii contraven\u021bionale complementare a suspend\u0103rii dreptului de a conduce pentru o perioad\u0103 de 60 de zile [\u2026] neacordarea priorit\u0103\u021bii de trecere pietonilor angaja\u021bi \u00een traversarea regulamentar\u0103 a drumului public prin locurile special amenajate \u0219i semnalizate, afla\u021bi pe sensul de deplasare a autovehiculului, tractorului agricol sau forestier ori tramvaiului<\/em><\/strong>\u201d, stabile\u0219te Art. 101 (3-e) din legea rutier\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asta \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 dac\u0103 pietonul porne\u0219te de pe&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/2024-esti-obligat-sa-reduci-viteza-la-trecerea-de-pietoni-daca-nu-traverseaza-nicio-persoana-19282333\">sensul opus<\/a>, \u0219oferul nu este obligat s\u0103 opreasc\u0103.
