De\u0219i circula\u021bia acestora este interzis\u0103 pe drumurile na\u021bionale, expres \u0219i pe autostr\u0103zi, realitatea din trafic arat\u0103 c\u0103 regula nu este mereu respectat\u0103. \u00centr-o astfel de situa\u021bie, este legal s\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219ti o c\u0103ru\u021b\u0103 pe linia continu\u0103, conform Codului Rutier 2026?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Codul Rutier define\u0219te dep\u0103\u0219irea ca fiind manevra prin care un vehicul trece \u00eenaintea altuia aflat pe acela\u0219i sens de circula\u021bie, prin schimbarea direc\u021biei de mers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219adar, orice manevr\u0103 care presupune ie\u0219irea de pe band\u0103 sau intrarea pe sensul opus pentru a trece de un biciclist, o c\u0103ru\u021b\u0103 sau alt vehicul lent, este considerat\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219ire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru a efectua legal aceast\u0103 manevr\u0103, trebuie respectate mai multe reguli. De exemplu, dac\u0103 ai linie continu\u0103, dubl\u0103 sau simpl\u0103, nu ai voie s\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/2025-poti-depasi-o-caruta-pe-linia-continua-ce-spune-codul-rutier-19361429\">dep\u0103\u0219irea<\/a>&nbsp;este interzis\u0103 \u00een zonele unde exist\u0103 indicatoare rutiere care semnalizeaz\u0103 aceast\u0103 restric\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Este legal s\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219ti o c\u0103ru\u021b\u0103 pe linia continu\u0103?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Marcajul continuu este aplicat \u00een zone cu vizibilitate redus\u0103 sau risc crescut de accident. De exemplu, \u00een curbe \u0219i rampe f\u0103r\u0103 vizibilitate, la trecerile de pietoni sau \u00een apropierea intersec\u021biilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Codul Rutier 2026 nu prevede nicio excep\u021bie care s\u0103 permit\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219irea vehiculelor lente prin \u00eenc\u0103lcarea marcajului rutier sau a indicatoarelor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219adar, nu este legal s\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219ti o c\u0103ru\u021b\u0103 dac\u0103 asta presupune trecerea peste&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/2025-cu-ce-viteza-poti-depasi-o-caruta-pe-linia-continua-limite-si-reguli-impuse-de-noul-cod-rutier-19395302\">linia continu\u0103<\/a>. O astfel de manevr\u0103 este considerat\u0103 ilegal\u0103 \u0219i periculoas\u0103, iar sanc\u021biunea poate include amend\u0103 \u0219i suspendarea permisului pentru 60 de zile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00cen ce situa\u021bii po\u021bi s\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219ti un vehicul lent<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 banda de circula\u021bie este blocat\u0103 complet de un obstacol sta\u021bionat, iar \u00eenaintarea este imposibil\u0103, dep\u0103\u0219irea acestuia prin \u00eenc\u0103lcarea liniei continue poate s\u0103 nu fie sanc\u021bionat\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Condi\u021bia este ca manevra s\u0103 fie f\u0103cut\u0103 \u00een deplin\u0103 siguran\u021b\u0103, f\u0103r\u0103 a pune \u00een pericol al\u021bi participan\u021bi la trafic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iar c\u00e2nd vorbim de obstacol, ne referim la un obiect sau un vehicul care st\u0103 pe loc. Prin excep\u021bie, pot fi dep\u0103\u0219ite \u00een aceste locuri vehiculele cu trac\u021biune animal\u0103, motocicletele f\u0103r\u0103 ata\u0219, mopedele \u0219i bicicletele, dac\u0103 vizibilitatea asupra drumului este asigurat\u0103 pe o distan\u021b\u0103 mai mare de 20 m, iar l\u0103\u021bimea drumului este de cel pu\u021bin 7 m<\/strong><\/em>\u201d, stabile\u0219te legea circula\u021biei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219adar, aceast\u0103 excep\u021bie prev\u0103zut\u0103 de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/ai-voie-sa-faci-viraj-la-dreapta-daca-semaforul-verde-intermitent-este-stins-ce-prevede-legea-rutiera-19244016\">Codul Rutier<\/a>&nbsp;permite, de asemenea, dep\u0103\u0219irea unui vehicul lent \u00een aceste zone.
