dimensiuni standardizate iar informa\u021biile sunt dublate \u00een serverele institu\u021biilor emitente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uneori nici nu mai este nevoie de un document fizic, fiind suficient un fi\u0219ier PDF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acum mul\u021bi ani, c\u00e2nd nu fuseser\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 inventate multe din tehnologiile moderne, documentele \u0219i informa\u021biile din spate erau stocate exclusiv \u00een format fizic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am avut recent ocazia s\u0103 studiez un&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/permis-cu-valabilitate-redusa-si-teste-suplimentare-pentru-soferii-de-peste-65-de-ani-noua-directiva-ue-e-obligatorie-19429479\">permis<\/a>&nbsp;de conducere din perioada interbelic\u0103 a Rom\u00e2niei, de pe vremea c\u00e2nd eram regat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iar ceea ce noi numim acum permis de conducere atunci putea fi numit \u0219i carnet de conducere, av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere c\u0103 era ca o carte cu multe pagini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\" id=\"attachment_19446743\"><img decoding=\"async\" rutier \u00een vigoare la acea vreme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prin format cel mai mult seam\u0103n\u0103 cu un pa\u0219aport modern prin num\u0103rul de pagini \u0219i men\u021biunile suplimentare scrise \u00een paginile suplimentare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alt aspect interesant este formatul pozelor, care de obicei ar\u0103ta persoana \u00eentr-o postur\u0103 relaxat\u0103, fiind pozat\u0103 de departe, nu doar la nivelul fe\u021bei, ca \u0219i cum ar fi o poz\u0103 din vacan\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am v\u0103zut mai multe documente similare \u0219i \u00een toate pozele persoanele apar avea alta organizare \u0219i suprafa\u021b\u0103 teritorial\u0103, \u00een cuprinsul permisului sunt listate toate jude\u021bele de la acea vreme, unele dintre ele nu se mai afl\u0103 \u00een prezent pe teritoriul Rom\u00e2niei, iar cele din spa\u021biul teritorial actual nu mai poart\u0103 aceea\u0219i denumire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\" id=\"attachment_19446745\"><img moderne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceste documente sunt o metod\u0103 bun\u0103 pentru a observa cum a fost structurat\u0103 limba rom\u00e2n\u0103 de-a lungul timpului, \u00een acest permis reg\u0103sim o form\u0103 foarte apropiat\u0103 de cea folosit\u0103 \u00een prezent din punct de vedere gramatical, spre deosebire de documentele mai vechi care foloseau o sintax\u0103 arhaic\u0103 \u0219i uneori chiar alfabet chirilic, similar cu alfabetul slavon din c\u0103r\u021bile biserice\u0219ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cel care de\u021bine documentul din poze avea \u0219i o biblie din secolul 18, din jurul anului 1720, \u00eentr-o stare remarcabil\u0103, scris\u0103 cu alfabet chirilic \u00eens\u0103 cuvintele erau cele rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti, a\u0219a c\u0103 dac\u0103 \u0219tii c\u00e2t de c\u00e2t literele respective po\u021bi \u00een\u021belege foarte bine textul\u2026p\u0103cat c\u0103 nu am apucat s\u0103 pozez c\u00e2teva pagini \u0219i din acea carte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alt aspect interesant este la unele reguli de circula\u021bie precum limita de vitez\u0103 ce trebuia respectat\u0103 \u00een localit\u0103\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La acea vreme, in anii 20, automobilul era o inven\u021bie destul de recent\u0103 \u0219i pe drumuri \u00eenc\u0103 se foloseau tr\u0103suri cu cai, astfel referin\u021ba de vitez\u0103 era dat\u0103 de trapul cailor, respectiv 12km\/h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mul\u021bi cred c\u0103 se \u00eentreab\u0103 cum sanc\u021biona poli\u021bia dep\u0103\u0219irea acestei viteze \u00een condi\u021biile \u00een care nu existau aparate radar\u2026foarte simplu, dac\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219eai tr\u0103suri care mergeau la viteza de \u201ccroazier\u0103\u201d \u00eensemna c\u0103 mergi mai repede de 12 km\/h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure avem acas\u0103 tot felul de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/preschimbare-permis-auto-in-2026-unde-trebuie-sa-te-prezinti-si-ce-acte-sunt-obligatorii-19446451\">documente<\/a>&nbsp;vechi, fie ele c\u0103r\u021bi, poze, agende, note scrise \u0219i multe altele, \u0219i ar fi bine s\u0103 nu le arunc\u0103m \u0219i ocazional s\u0103 le r\u0103sfoim \u0219i s\u0103 le ar\u0103t\u0103m celor curio\u0219i pentru a
