Acesta, chiar dac\u0103 nu poate fi \u00eentotdeauna prevenit, exist\u0103 c\u00e2teva m\u0103suri care pot reduce frecven\u021ba acestuia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>evitarea factorilor declan\u0219atori precum praful sau polenul;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>schimbarea mediului;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>utilizarea spray-urilor nazale saline;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>administrarea antihistaminicelor \u00een caz de alergii;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>hidratarea adecvat\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>folosirea unui umidificator;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tehnici de respira\u021bie controlat\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beneficiile str\u0103nutului<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Str\u0103nutul este un mecanism natural de ap\u0103rare, contribuind la eliminarea mucusului \u0219i a agen\u021bilor patogeni din c\u0103ile respiratorii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru a limita r\u0103sp\u00e2ndirea infec\u021biilor respiratorii, se recomand\u0103 acoperirea gurii \u0219i nasului cu un \u0219erve\u021bel sau cu pliul cotului \u00een timpul str\u0103nutului.
