FOTO: Shutterstock<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Olanda va aplica acest\u0103 m\u0103sura la nivel na\u021bional \u0219i face parte dintr-o reform\u0103 mai ampl\u0103 a politicii de transport rutier, care vizeaz\u0103 o utilizare mai echitabil\u0103 \u0219i mai sustenabil\u0103 a infrastructurii, potrivit presei interna\u021bionale, relateaz\u0103&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.denieuwestermaastricht.nl\/tolheffing-in-en-rondom-maastricht\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">De Nieuwe Ster<\/a>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taxa va fi aplicat\u0103 vehiculelor de marf\u0103 care dep\u0103\u0219esc un anumit prag de greutate \u0219i va fi calculat\u0103 \u00een func\u021bie de distan\u021ba parcurs\u0103 pe drumurile incluse \u00een sistem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sistem de taxare pe kilometru, f\u0103r\u0103 bariere<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De la aceea\u0219i dat\u0103, taxa va fi aplicat\u0103 pe aproape toate autostr\u0103zile din Olanda, dar \u0219i pe anumite drumuri provinciale \u0219i municipale. Sistemul nu va include por\u021bi de taxare sau puncte fizice de control, fiind unul complet digital \u0219i na\u021bional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Camioanele vor fi echipate cu dispozitive GPS care vor \u00eenregistra automat kilometrii parcur\u0219i pe drumurile taxabile. Pe baza acestor date, companiile de transport vor achita sumele corespunz\u0103toare utiliz\u0103rii infrastructurii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nivelul taxei va varia inclusiv \u00een func\u021bie de clasa de emisii a vehiculului. Astfel, camioanele mai pu\u021bin poluante vor pl\u0103ti mai pu\u021bin dec\u00e2t cele cu emisii ridicate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dup\u0103 1 iulie 2026, taxa de proprietate pentru camioanele de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 12.000 de kilograme va fi eliminat\u0103, iar pentru vehiculele mai grele va fi redus\u0103 semnificativ. Pentru autoturisme nu vor exista modific\u0103ri, m\u0103sura viz\u00e2nd exclusiv transportul de marf\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Obiectivele m\u0103surii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Autorit\u0103\u021bile olandeze sus\u021bin c\u0103 reforma are un dublu scop: distribuirea mai echitabil\u0103 a costurilor de \u00eentre\u021binere a infrastructurii, \u00een condi\u021biile \u00een care traficul greu contribuie semnificativ la uzura drumurilor, dar \u0219i reducerea polu\u0103rii \u00een sectorul transporturilor, prin \u00eencurajarea utiliz\u0103rii vehiculelor mai pu\u021bin poluante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prin aceast\u0103 schimbare, Olanda se aliniaz\u0103 altor state europene care au implementat sisteme similare de taxare rutier\u0103. Totodat\u0103, actualul sistem Eurovignette va fi eliminat \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu data intr\u0103rii \u00een vigoare a noilor reguli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aplicare diferen\u021biat\u0103 pe zone urbane<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen anumite ora\u0219e, precum Maastricht, taxa va fi aplicat\u0103 \u0219i pe o serie de drumuri municipale \u0219i artere principale. M\u0103suri similare sunt prev\u0103zute \u0219i \u00een alte ora\u0219e precum Rotterdam, \u2019s-Hertogenbosch \u0219i Utrecht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen Maastricht, taxa va viza inclusiv rute importante precum A2, A76, A79 \u0219i N278, dar \u0219i mai multe str\u0103zi urbane, \u00een func\u021bie de traseele stabilite de autorit\u0103\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Context regional<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La \u00eenceputul anului, Belgia a anun\u021bat c\u0103 analizeaz\u0103 introducerea unei viniete de aproximativ 100 de euro pentru \u0219oferii str\u0103ini, m\u0103sur\u0103 care ar putea intra \u00een vigoare din 2027. \u00cen prezent, autoturismele circul\u0103 gratuit pe re\u021beaua rutier\u0103 belgian\u0103, \u00een timp ce taxa electronic\u0103 ViaPass se aplic\u0103 exclusiv camioanelor de peste 3,5 tone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen lipsa acestui sistem, amenzile pot ajunge la 5.000 de euro.
