O can\u0103 de afine crude \u00ee\u021bi ofer\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>96 de calorii<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>21,9 grame de carbohidra\u021bi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3,6 grame de fibre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>14 grame de zaharuri naturale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 gram de proteine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceea\u0219i cantitate con\u021bine \u0219i:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 miligrame de vitamina C<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0,5 miligrame de mangan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>29 micrograme de vitamina K<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eAfinele sunt printre cele mai s\u0103n\u0103toase fructe pe care le po\u021bi consuma\u201d, spune dr. Zumpano. \u201eStudiile arat\u0103 c\u0103 ajut\u0103 la protejarea ADN-ului t\u0103u, printre multe alte beneficii.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iat\u0103 c\u00e2teva motive pentru care afinele sunt o alegere at\u00e2t de s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Sus\u021bin diverse func\u021bii ale organismului<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201ePe l\u00e2ng\u0103 faptul c\u0103 au pu\u021bine calorii, afinele sunt bogate \u00een nutrien\u021bi\u201d, subliniaz\u0103 dr. Zumpano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ele sunt surse bune de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vitamina C, care \u00ee\u021bi \u00eent\u0103re\u0219te sistemul imunitar \u0219i sus\u021bine alte func\u021bii ale corpului<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mangan, care contribuie la s\u0103n\u0103tatea creierului \u0219i la men\u021binerea oaselor \u0219i mu\u0219chilor s\u0103n\u0103to\u0219i<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vitamina K, care ajut\u0103 la coagularea corect\u0103 a s\u00e2ngelui<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Combat stresul oxidativ<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Moleculele instabile de oxigen, numite radicali liberi, pot provoca stres oxidativ \u0219i pot deteriora celulele. Afinele sunt bogate \u00een antioxidan\u021bi care ajut\u0103 la neutralizarea acestor radicali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eAntioxidan\u021bii sunt esen\u021biali pentru reducerea efectelor stresului oxidativ\u201d, spune Zumpano. \u201eEi creeaz\u0103 un fel de scut \u00een jurul celulelor, protej\u00e2ndu-le.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen special, afinele con\u021bin antocianine, antioxidan\u021bi care le dau \u0219i culoarea albastr\u0103 intens\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Te ajut\u0103 s\u0103 gestionezi colesterolul<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Afinele sunt bogate \u00een fibre solubile, care pot ajuta la controlul colesterolului.Fibrele solubile din afine se leag\u0103 de bila din intestin \u0219i ajut\u0103 la eliminarea acesteia din corp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eBila este un produs rezidual care con\u021bine colesterol, s\u0103ruri, metale \u0219i bilirubin\u0103\u201d, explic\u0103 dr. Zumpano. \u201eEliminarea ei poate duce la sc\u0103derea colesterolului total \u0219i la reducerea riscului de boli de inim\u0103.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Pot ajuta la controlul glicemiei<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Afinele con\u021bin mult\u0103 fibr\u0103 \u0219i mai pu\u021bin zah\u0103r comparativ cu alte fructe. Au un indice glicemic sc\u0103zut (53), ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 nu \u00ee\u021bi cresc brusc glicemia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un studiu realizat pe b\u0103rba\u021bi cu diabet de tip 2 a ar\u0103tat c\u0103 consumul zilnic de afine a redus anumi\u021bi factori de risc cardiovascular, cum ar fi trigliceridele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eSe crede c\u0103 afinele pot ajuta la reglarea glicemiei, mai ales la persoanele cu risc de diabet\u201d, spune Zumpano. \u201eTotu\u0219i, sunt necesare mai multe cercet\u0103ri.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Pot contribui la sc\u0103derea tensiunii arteriale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Afinele pot avea un rol \u00een men\u021binerea unei tensiuni arteriale s\u0103n\u0103toase.
