Proiectul este \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bit \u00een dou\u0103 etape: \u201eModernizarea sistemului de semaforizare\u201d \u0219i \u201eModerniz\u0103ri aferente centrului de trafic existent, software \u0219i hardware\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru ambele proiecte, consilierii CGMB vor vota at\u00e2t studiul de fezabilitate, c\u00e2t \u0219i indicatorii tehnico-economici. Studiile de fezabilitate au fost realizate de Tehno Consulting Solution S.R.L. \u0219i Universitatea Na\u021bional\u0103 de \u0218tiin\u021b\u0103 \u0219i Tehnologie Politehnica Bucure\u0219ti, Facultatea de Transporturi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"implementat-din-2008-dar-nefunctional-de-mai-bine-de-un-deceniu\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/semafoarele-capitalei-complet-modernizate-cum-va-functiona-noul-sistem-inteligent.html#implementat-din-2008-dar-nefunctional-de-mai-bine-de-un-deceniu\">Implementat din 2008, dar nefunc\u021bional de mai bine de un deceniu<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Traficul intens \u0219i dependen\u021ba mare a bucure\u0219tenilor de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/masina-adusa-din-strainatate-obligatia-impusa-de-rar-ce-verifici-inainte-sa-o-cumperi-si-ce-faci-daca-are-kilometrajul-dat-inapoi.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">autoturisme<\/a>&nbsp;fac ca str\u0103zile ora\u0219ului s\u0103 fie adesea blocate, iar deplasarea s\u0103 fie o provocare. Pentru a rezolva aceast\u0103 problem\u0103, \u00een 2008 a fost implementat un sistem de management al traficului, menit s\u0103 permit\u0103 ajustarea semafoarelor \u00een timp real, \u00een func\u021bie de fluxul auto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cu toate acestea, sistemul nu a func\u021bionat niciodat\u0103, iar Prim\u0103ria Municipiului Bucure\u0219ti a discutat \u00een mod repetat despre modernizare, extindere \u0219i punere \u00een func\u021biune. Dup\u0103 ce \u00een 2024 s-a dat und\u0103 verde pentru realizarea studiului de fezabilitate, \u00een 2026 CGMB urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 voteze documenta\u021bia complet\u0103, inclusiv indicatorii tehnico-economici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"cele-doua-etape-ale-investitiei\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/semafoarele-capitalei-complet-modernizate-cum-va-functiona-noul-sistem-inteligent.html#cele-doua-etape-ale-investitiei\">Cele dou\u0103 etape ale investi\u021biei<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Investi\u021bia total\u0103 se ridic\u0103 la 57,6 milioane de euro (TVA inclus) \u0219i este structurat\u0103 astfel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Etapa I \u2013 Modernizarea Sistemului de Semaforizare:<\/strong>\u00a038,3 milioane de euro<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Etapa II \u2013 Moderniz\u0103ri aferente centrului de trafic existent, software \u0219i hardware:<\/strong>\u00a019,3 milioane de euro<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Etapa I: modernizarea \u0219i integrarea intersec\u021biilor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prima etap\u0103 vizeaz\u0103 modernizarea \u0219i integrarea \u00een&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/piata-auto-din-romania-isi-revine-usor-in-aprilie-2026-masinile-electrificate-au-ajuns-la-o-cota-record-de-68.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sistemul<\/a>&nbsp;BTMS (\u201eBoulevard Traffic Management System\u201d) a 92 de intersec\u021bii \u0219i treceri de pietoni din ora\u0219.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eAceste investi\u021bii vor permite func\u021bionarea coordonat\u0103 \u0219i adaptiv\u0103 a semaforiz\u0103rii, colectarea datelor de trafic din teren, \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea siguran\u021bei rutiere \u0219i crearea premiselor tehnice pentru prioritizarea transportului public \u00een intersec\u021biile incluse\u201d, se precizeaz\u0103 \u00een proiect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lucr\u0103rile includ:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>modernizarea echipamentelor de semaforizare existente;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00eenlocuirea sau completarea automatelor de dirijare a circula\u021biei, corpurilor de semafor, butoanelor pietonale, st\u00e2lpilor, consolelor, cablajelor \u0219i cofre\u021bilor locale, acolo unde starea tehnic\u0103 impune acest lucru;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>montarea echipamentelor de detec\u021bie a traficului, precum bucle inductive, senzori sau alte solu\u021bii locale pentru colectarea datelor privind fluxurile de trafic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201eEtapa I include, de asemenea, lucr\u0103rile de montaj, configurare, integrare, testare \u0219i punere \u00een func\u021biune a echipamentelor instalate \u00een teren. Aceste activit\u0103\u021bi sunt necesare pentru ca intersec\u021biile \u0219i trecerile de pietoni modernizate s\u0103 poat\u0103 func\u021biona integrat \u00een BTMS, s\u0103 transmit\u0103 date c\u0103tre sistemul de management al traficului \u0219i s\u0103 permit\u0103 optimizarea local\u0103 \u0219i coordonat\u0103 a regimurilor de semaforizare\u201d, se mai precizeaz\u0103 \u00een document.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Durata estimat\u0103 pentru aceast\u0103 etap\u0103 este de 14 luni, incluz\u00e2nd elaborarea proiectului&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/piata-auto-din-romania-isi-revine-usor-in-aprilie-2026-masinile-electrificate-au-ajuns-la-o-cota-record-de-68.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tehnic<\/a>, lucr\u0103rile \u00een teren, montajul echipamentelor \u0219i integrarea software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Etapa II: modernizarea centrului de trafic existent<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cea de-a doua etap\u0103 vizeaz\u0103 modernizarea infrastructurii centrale a BTMS \u0219i include realizarea unui ansamblu integrat format din: centru de date, centru de comand\u0103 \u0219i monitorizare, echipamente hardware centrale, re\u021bele de comunica\u021bii interne, dot\u0103ri opera\u021bionale \u0219i platforme software specializate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lucr\u0103rile \u0219i dot\u0103rile vor fi realizate \u00een cl\u0103direa CMISU (\u201eCentrul Municipal Integrat pentru Situa\u021bii de Urgen\u021b\u0103\u201d) \u0219i vizeaz\u0103 exclusiv infrastructura central\u0103 de comand\u0103, procesare, stocare, monitorizare \u0219i operare a sistemului BTMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201eComponenta de centru de date include amenajarea spa\u021biului existent, dezafectarea \u0219i reciclarea echipamentelor vechi, cablarea \u0219i conectorizarea infrastructurii de date, instalarea rack-urilor, serverelor, sistemelor de stocare, echipamentelor de re\u021bea, firewall-urilor, echipamentelor de sincronizare timp, platformelor de virtualizare, sistemelor de operare, bazelor de date \u0219i licen\u021belor aferente administr\u0103rii centrului de date.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Componenta de centru de comand\u0103 \u0219i m<a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/anpc-si-politia-romana-au-facut-prapad-amenzi-de-34-milioane-de-lei-pentru-sute-de-operatori-si-aproape-2-800-de-dosare-penale.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">onitorizare in<\/a>clude realizarea infrastructurii interioare de cablare, alimentare, comunica\u021bii \u0219i acces, precum \u0219i dotarea posturilor opera\u021bionale, a suprafe\u021belor de vizualizare \u0219i a echipamentelor de suport.
