Sectorul respectiv, construit de o companie chinezeasc\u0103, a dep\u0103\u0219it pragul de 80% stadiu fizic dup\u0103 3 ani de \u0219antier \u0219i o \u00eent\u00e2rziere la zi de 6 luni\u201d, a explicat Hora\u021biu Cosma, secretar de stat \u00een Ministerul Transporturilor.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nodul rutier DN3 \u2013 A0: vital, dar \u201eb\u0103gat la sertar\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ministerul de resort poart\u0103 discu\u021bii permanente cu constructorul pentru accelerarea lucr\u0103rilor \u00een punctele cheie. Acestea sunt viaductul peste calea ferat\u0103 Bucure\u0219ti \u2013 Constan\u021ba, cale pe care trec \u0219i&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/diverse\/cfr-calatori-lanseaza-trenurile-soarelui-2026-litoralul-romaniei-va-fi-legat-de-60-de-trenuri-directe-19505669\"><em>Trenurile Soarelui<\/em><\/a>, \u0219i pasajul DN3 peste A0.&nbsp;Zona este una aglomerat\u0103, iar acest nod ar putea fi benefic locuitorilor din zona respectiv\u0103.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cu toate acestea, lotul a fost \u201eb\u0103gat la sertar\u201d de compania de drumuri, de\u0219i secretarul de stat a dezv\u0103luit c\u0103 studiul de fezabilitate era gata \u00eenc\u0103 din ianuarie 2025. \u00cen acest context, s-au luat dou\u0103 m\u0103suri imediate:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Licita\u021bie de urgen\u021b\u0103<\/strong>: Proiectul nodului definitiv va fi lansat \u00een licita\u021bie public\u0103 \u00een zilele urm\u0103toare.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Solu\u021bie provizorie<\/strong>: Pentru ca \u0219oferii s\u0103 nu a\u0219tepte finalizarea lucr\u0103rilor mari, CNAIR a primit propunerea de a amenaja o leg\u0103tur\u0103 temporar\u0103 rapid\u0103 \u0219i ieftin\u0103. Cet\u0103\u021benii vor putea accesa autostrada A0 \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103 folosind bretelele de \u00eentoarcere deja proiectate sub pasajul DN3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Lotul 4 de pe A0 Bucure\u0219ti Nord continu\u0103 primul lot al A0 Sud&nbsp;\u0219i se va conecta la Pantelimon cu lotul 3 Nord pe care \u00eel vor construi chinezii de la CCECC.&nbsp;Potrivit datelor&nbsp;Cestrin, citate de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/economedia.ro\/video-autostrada-bucurestiului-a0-nord-circulatia-va-fi-deschisa-in-aceasta-vara-pe-tronsonul-cuprins-intre-dn2-afumati-si-a2-cernica-ce-solutii-se-cauta-pentru-nodul-de-la-pantelimon.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Economedia<\/a>, stadiul actual fizic este de 96,44% , iar stadiul actual financiar este de 90,50% pe acest lot.
