Problema apare mai ales acolo unde sensurile de mers sunt separate de linie de tramvai, scuar sau refugiu pietonal. De exemplu, trebuie s\u0103 opre\u0219ti atunci c\u00e2nd pietonul a traversat doar p\u00e2n\u0103 la linia de tramvai?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Codul Rutier 2026 stabile\u0219te c\u0103 pietonii au prioritate atunci c\u00e2nd sunt angaja\u021bi regulamentar \u00een traversare. Adic\u0103 se afl\u0103 pe trecerea de pietoni marcat\u0103 \u0219i semnalizat\u0103 sau la semafor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cens\u0103, nu \u00eentotdeauna \u0219oferii sunt obliga\u021bi s\u0103 opreasc\u0103 \u00een aceste cazuri. Pentru c\u0103 depinde de zona \u00een care se afl\u0103&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/cine-e-amendat-daca-pietonul-nu-traverseaza-pe-trecere-si-e-lovit-de-masina-regula-din-noul-codul-rutier-2025-19423479\">pietonul<\/a>&nbsp;pe trecere \u0219i dac\u0103 drumul are sau nu scuar, sta\u021bie de tramvai sau refugiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2026: E\u0219ti obligat s\u0103 opre\u0219ti dac\u0103 pietonul traverseaz\u0103 doar p\u00e2n\u0103 la linia de tramvai?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Potrivit OUG 195\/2002, pietonii au prioritate fa\u021b\u0103 de vehicule doar c\u00e2nd sunt angaja\u021bi \u00een traversarea drumului prin locuri special amenajate, marcate \u0219i semnalizate corespunz\u0103tor sau la culoarea verde a semaforului pentru pietoni. De asemenea, traversarea trebuie f\u0103cut\u0103 perpendicular pe axa drumului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen cazul \u0219oferilor, legea prevede sanc\u021biune pentru neacordarea priorit\u0103\u021bii pietonilor angaja\u021bi \u00een traversare regulamentar\u0103, afla\u021bi pe sensul de deplasare al autovehiculului. Fapta este \u00eencadrat\u0103 la clasa a III-a de sanc\u021biuni \u0219i atrage suspendarea dreptului de a conduce pentru 60 de zile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar, legea con\u021bine un am\u0103nunt important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em><strong>Constituie contraven\u0163ie \u015fi se sanc\u0163ioneaz\u0103 cu amenda prev\u0103zut\u0103 \u00een clasa a III-a de sanc\u0163iuni \u015fi cu aplicarea sanc\u0163iunii contraven\u0163ionale complementare a suspend\u0103rii exercit\u0103rii dreptului de a conduce pentru o perioad\u0103 de 60 de zile neacordarea priorit\u0103\u021bii de trecere&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/cine-e-vinovat-daca-pietonul-traverseaza-pe-trecere-fara-sa-se-asigure-ce-prevede-codul-rutier-actualizat-19259084\">pietonilor<\/a>&nbsp;angaja\u021bi \u00een traversarea regulamentar\u0103 a drumului public prin locurile special amenajate \u0219i semnalizate, afla\u021bi pe sensul de deplasare a autovehiculului, tractorului agricol sau forestier ori tramvaiului<\/strong><\/em>\u201d, stabile\u0219te Art. 100, pct. (3), lit. b) din legea rutier\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219adar, dac\u0103 pietonul se afl\u0103 pe sensul opus, dar nu a ajuns \u00eenc\u0103 \u00een zona median\u0103 a drumului, oprirea nu este obligatorie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cens\u0103, dac\u0103 pietonul a ajuns la linia de tramvai, la scuar sau la refugiul pietonal \u0219i urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 continue traversarea pe sensul t\u0103u, trebuie s\u0103-i dai prioritate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe bulevardele cu linie de tramvai pe mijloc, aceste zone separ\u0103 sensurile de circula\u021bie. Deci, dac\u0103 pietonul a ajuns la linia de tramvai \u0219i continu\u0103 traversarea, intr\u0103 pe partea ta de drum. Caz \u00een care are prioritate de trecere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum se aplic\u0103 regula pe bulevardele mari<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe drumurile cu sens unic, chiar dac\u0103 sunt dou\u0103, trei sau mai multe benzi de circula\u021bie, to\u021bi \u0219oferii sunt obliga\u021bi s\u0103 de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/ce-viteza-trebuie-sa-ai-la-trecerea-de-pietoni-cand-se-acorda-prioritate-celor-care-traverseaza-19337212\">prioritate pietonilor<\/a>&nbsp;afla\u021bi pe trecere. Nu se \u021bine cont nici de banda pe care e ma\u0219ina, nici de zona \u00een care se afl\u0103 persoana care traverseaz\u0103. Chiar \u0219i \u00een situa\u021biile \u00een care exist\u0103 linie de tramvai, \u0219oferii trebuie s\u0103 dea prioritate pietonilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doar dac\u0103 exist\u0103 sta\u021bie de tramvai, refugiu sau scuar care separ\u0103 benzile iar pietonul se afl\u0103 dincolo de aceste zone, \u00ee\u021bi po\u021bi continua deplasarea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gandul.ro\/diverse\/soferii-au-sau-nu-obligatia-de-a-acorda-prioritate-pietonilor-daca-se-afla-pe-sensul-opus-codul-rutier-este-foarte-clar-20638265?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">G\u00e2ndul<\/a>&nbsp;noteaz\u0103, \u00eentr-un material explicativ pe aceea\u0219i tem\u0103, c\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd drumul are scuar \u00eentre sensuri, pietonul trebuie s\u0103 se opreasc\u0103 pe insul\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 se asigure \u00eenainte de a continua traversarea. Totodat\u0103, dac\u0103 pietonul se afl\u0103 pe scuar \u0219i inten\u021bioneaz\u0103 s\u0103 traverseze pe marcaj, \u0219oferii trebuie s\u0103 \u00eei acorde prioritate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00e2t e amenda pentru neacordare de prioritate pietonilor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen 2026, punctul de amend\u0103 este 202,5 lei p\u00e2n\u0103 la 1 iulie, iar apoi cre\u0219te la 216,25 lei. Ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 pentru neacordare de prioritate pietonilor amenda care \u00een prezent e \u00eentre 1.215 \u0219i 1.620 de lei, va cre\u0219te de la 1 iulie \u0219i va fi \u00eentre 1.297,5 lei \u0219i 1.730 lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Totu\u0219i, exist\u0103 posibilitatea de a anula sanc\u021biunea contraven\u021bional\u0103. Dup\u0103 cum arat\u0103 o sentin\u021b\u0103 a Judec\u0103toriei Ia\u0219i, publicat\u0103 de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.juridice.ro\/739427\/tribunalul-iasi-neacordare-de-prioritate-pietonilor-in-dubio-pro-reo.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Juridice.ro<\/a>, procesul verbal prin care un \u0219ofer a fost amendat pentru c\u0103 nu a dat prioritate unui pieton a fost anulat par\u021bial. Motivul a fost c\u0103 poli\u021bistul care a aplicat amenda nu a descris corect fapta. De asemenea, informa\u021bii privind datele agentului constatator erau ilizibile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Astfel de contesta\u021bii sunt depuse des de \u0219oferii sanc\u021biona\u021bi.
