M\u0103sura vizeaz\u0103 vehiculele din categoria N1 cu masa maxim\u0103 admis\u0103 \u00eentre 2,5 \u0219i 3,5 tone, inclusiv combina\u021biile cu remorc\u0103 ce dep\u0103\u0219esc acest prag. Autorit\u0103\u021bile avertizeaz\u0103 c\u0103 lipsa unui tahograf inteligent \u0219i a cardurilor obligatorii poate atrage amenzi semnificative \u0219i chiar blocarea activit\u0103\u021bii de transport. \u00cen noile reglement\u0103ri europene, tahograful devine obligatoriu pentru o categorie mult mai larg\u0103 de \u0219oferi \u0219i firme de transport dec\u00e2t p\u00e2n\u0103 acum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"tahograful-devine-obligatoriu-si-pentru-vehiculele-utilitare-usoare-folosite-in-transport-international\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/tahograful-devine-obligatoriu-pentru-acesti-soferi-noi-sanctiuni-intra-in-vigoare-de-la-1-iulie-2026.html#tahograful-devine-obligatoriu-si-pentru-vehiculele-utilitare-usoare-folosite-in-transport-international\">Tahograful devine obligatoriu \u0219i pentru vehiculele utilitare u\u0219oare folosite \u00een transport interna\u021bional<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Agen\u021bia pentru Activit\u0103\u021bi Comerciale (AKD) din&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/romania-cere-mai-multi-bani-de-la-ue-in-noul-buget-european-semnal-de-alarma-politica-de-coeziune-nu-ar-trebui-transformata-intr-un-instrument-sistematic-de-criza.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Croa\u021bia<\/a>&nbsp;a anun\u021bat c\u0103, de la 1 iulie 2026, toate vehiculele din categoria N1 cu o greutate maxim\u0103 admis\u0103 \u00eentre 2,5 \u0219i 3,5 tone, utilizate pentru transport interna\u021bional de m\u0103rfuri \u00een interiorul&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/romania-actor-cheie-in-securitatea-energetica-a-europei-ilie-bolojan-foarte-probabil-sa-avem-si-resursele-suplimentare-din-marea-neagra.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Uniunii Europene<\/a>, trebuie echipate cu un tahograf inteligent de a doua genera\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201eTransportatorilor li se recomand\u0103 s\u0103 \u00eenceap\u0103 procesul de adaptare c\u00e2t mai cur\u00e2nd posibil pentru a evita posibile \u00eentreruperi ale activit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i sanc\u021biuni din partea autorit\u0103\u021bilor competente\u201d, au transmis reprezentan\u021bii AKD.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Institu\u021bia a precizat c\u0103 m\u0103sura reprezint\u0103 aplicarea prevederilor incluse \u00een Pachetul de Mobilitate I al Uniunii Europene, care extinde treptat obliga\u021bia utiliz\u0103rii sistemelor de monitorizare \u0219i asupra<a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/soferii-de-camion-nu-mai-pot-fi-obligati-sa-incarce-sau-sa-descarce-marfa-legea-aduce-amenzi-de-pana-la-20-000-lei.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;vehiculelor<\/a>&nbsp;comerciale u\u0219oare. P\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een prezent, obliga\u021bia instal\u0103rii unui tahograf se aplica doar vehiculelor cu masa de peste 3,5 tone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noile reguli vor viza inclusiv combina\u021biile formate din vehicul tractor \u0219i remorc\u0103, \u00een situa\u021bia \u00een care masa total\u0103 maxim\u0103 admis\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219te pragul de 2,5 tone. Greutatea maxim\u0103 admis\u0103 este \u00eenscris\u0103 \u00een certificatul de \u00eenmatriculare la rubrica F.2 \u0219i reprezint\u0103 o caracteristic\u0103 fix\u0103 a vehiculului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reglement\u0103rile vor fi aplicate \u00een toate statele membre ale Uniunii Europene, dar \u0219i \u00een Elve\u021bia, Norvegia, Islanda, Liechtenstein \u0219i Marea Britanie. \u00cen schimb, statele semnatare ale acordului AETR nu intr\u0103 sub inciden\u021ba acestei prevederi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"soferii-trebuie-sa-detina-card-de-sofer-iar-firmele-card-de-companie\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/tahograful-devine-obligatoriu-pentru-acesti-soferi-noi-sanctiuni-intra-in-vigoare-de-la-1-iulie-2026.html#soferii-trebuie-sa-detina-card-de-sofer-iar-firmele-card-de-companie\">\u0218oferii trebuie s\u0103 de\u021bin\u0103 card de \u0219ofer, iar firmele card de companie<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Noile obliga\u021bii privind utilizarea unui tahograf nu se limiteaz\u0103 doar la instalarea dispozitivului \u00een vehicul, ci presupun \u0219i respectarea unor cerin\u021be administrative stricte pentru \u0219oferi \u0219i operatorii de transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potrivit&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.blic.rs\/biznis\/vesti\/uskoro-obavezan-tahograf-i-za-vozila-od-25-do-35-tone\/fvwt790\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">comunicatului<\/a>&nbsp;transmis de AKD, \u0219oferii care efectueaz\u0103 transport interna\u021bional trebuie s\u0103 de\u021bin\u0103 obligatoriu un card de \u0219ofer, \u00een timp ce firmele trebuie s\u0103 utilizeze un card de companie pentru asocierea datelor vehiculului cu operatorul economic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201eConducerea unui vehicul \u00een trafic interna\u021bional f\u0103r\u0103 card de \u0219ofer nu este permis\u0103\u201d, au transmis reprezentan\u021bii institu\u021biei.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Autorit\u0103\u021bile au explicat c\u0103, dup\u0103 instalarea unui tahograf inteligent, primul pas este introducerea cardului companiei \u00een dispozitiv pentru asocierea datelor cu operatorul de transport. Ulterior, \u00een timpul activit\u0103\u021bii de transport interna\u021bional, \u0219oferul trebuie s\u0103 utilizeze propriul card tahografic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen Croa\u021bia, emiterea cardurilor tahografice este realizat\u0103 de Agen\u021bia pentru Activit\u0103\u021bi Comerciale (AKD doo), iar solicit\u0103rile pot fi depuse fizic la sediul institu\u021biei din Zagreb, prin po\u0219t\u0103 sau prin platforma electronic\u0103 eTachograph disponibil\u0103 \u00een sistemul e-Citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"tahograful-nu-este-obligatoriu-pentru-toate-tipurile-de-transport\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/tahograful-devine-obligatoriu-pentru-acesti-soferi-noi-sanctiuni-intra-in-vigoare-de-la-1-iulie-2026.html#tahograful-nu-este-obligatoriu-pentru-toate-tipurile-de-transport\">Tahograful nu este obligatoriu pentru toate tipurile de transport<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Autorit\u0103\u021bile au precizat c\u0103 obliga\u021bia utiliz\u0103rii unui tahograf se aplic\u0103 transportatorilor care desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 activit\u0103\u021bi comerciale de transport de m\u0103rfuri, respectiv transport public contra cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Transportul necomercial destinat strict nevoilor personale este exceptat de la aplicarea noilor reguli. \u00cen acela\u0219i timp, exist\u0103 \u0219i anumite situa\u021bii limitate \u00een care transportul efectuat pentru activitatea proprie a unei companii poate fi exceptat, \u00eens\u0103 doar dac\u0103 sunt \u00eendeplinite simultan dou\u0103 condi\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prima condi\u021bie presupune ca activitatea de transport s\u0103 fie realizat\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 compensa\u021bii pentru companie sau \u0219ofer.
