Asta \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 sanc\u021biunea pentru dep\u0103\u0219irea limitei cu p\u00e2n\u0103 la 10 km\/h este cuprins\u0103 \u00eentre 405 lei \u0219i 607,5 lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Din 1 iulie 2026, dup\u0103 ce punctul de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/cum-scapa-fara-amenda-soferii-prinsi-pe-dn1-cu-109-km-h-detaliul-esential-din-codul-rutier-2026-19470227\">amend\u0103<\/a>&nbsp;va cre\u0219te la 216,25 lei, aceea\u0219i abatere va fi sanc\u021bionat\u0103 cu o amend\u0103 \u00eentre 432,5 lei \u0219i 648,75 lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 limita este de 50 km\/h, iar ma\u0219ina este surprins\u0103 cu 81 km\/h, dep\u0103\u0219irea este de 31 km\/h. \u00cen acest caz, \u0219oferul intr\u0103 \u00eentr-o clas\u0103 de sanc\u021biuni mai mare, amenda fiind&nbsp; de 6 sau 8 puncte. P\u00e2n\u0103 la 30 iunie 2026, sanc\u021biunea este \u00eentre 810 lei \u0219i 1.012,5 lei, din 1 iulie urm\u00e2nd s\u0103 se majoreze la 865 lei \u2013 1.081,25 lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Situa\u021bia devine mult mai grav\u0103 dac\u0103 limita de pe acel sector este de 30 km\/h. La o vitez\u0103 de 81 km\/h, dep\u0103\u0219irea este de 51 km\/h.
