Cu toate astea, \u00een special \u00een zonele rurale, aceste vehicule sunt des \u00eent\u00e2lnite pe \u0219osea. Iar la \u00eent\u00e2lnirea lor, majoritatea \u0219oferilor intr\u0103 \u00een dep\u0103\u0219ire, chiar \u0219i \u00een zonele unde este line contiun\u0103. Caz \u00een care, conform Codului Rutier 2026, risc\u0103 amend\u0103, permis suspendat, dar mai ales producerea unui accident rutier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Micile utilaje agriole, devenite foarte populare \u00een ultimii ani, nu au \u00eenc\u0103 o situa\u021bie juridic\u0103 reglementat\u0103 de Codul Rutier. Mai exact, acestea nu sunt \u00eencadrate nici \u00een categoria vehiculelor trase sau \u00eempinse, cum sunt c\u0103ru\u021bele, dar nici la moped, triciclu sau cvadriciclu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 nu pot fi nici \u00eenregistrate, nici \u00eenmatriculate, astfel c\u0103 nu pot circula, legal, pe drumurile publice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceast\u0103 interdic\u021bie nu \u00eei \u00eempiedic\u0103, \u00eens\u0103, pe mul\u021bi dintre cei care de\u021bin un&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/codul-rutier-2026-trebuie-sa-faci-itp-la-motocultor-daca-circuli-cu-el-pe-drumurile-publice-19502811\">motocultor<\/a>, s\u0103 \u00eel foloseasc\u0103 pentru a se deplasa ori a transporta diverse bunuri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Amend\u0103 \u0219i permis suspendat pentru \u0219oferii care dep\u0103\u0219esc un motocultor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Motocultorul are o vitez\u0103 foarte mic\u0103 de deplasare, cuprins\u0103 \u00eentre 5 \u0219i 15 km\/h. Aceast\u0103 abatere poate fi sesizat\u0103 direct de un poli\u021bist sau \u00eenregistrat\u0103 cu o camer\u0103 de bord sau de supraveghere \u0219i imaginile transmise&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mai.gov.ro\/hub-ul-de-servicii-al-m-a-i-modalitate-de-sesizare-a-comportamentului-agresiv-in-trafic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ministerului de Interne<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cod Rutier 2026: \u00cen ce situa\u021bii este interzis\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219irea<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At\u00e2t motocultorul, c\u00e2t \u0219i c\u0103ru\u021ba, biciclistul sau alt vehicul mai lent pot fi dep\u0103\u0219ite, regulamentar, doar \u00een anumite condi\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Codul Rutier 2026 interzice efectuarea unei&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/au-voie-soferii-incepatori-sa-faca-depasiri-pe-drumurile-nationale-cu-o-singura-banda-pe-sens-regulile-din-codul-rutier-2026-19502927\">dep\u0103\u0219iri<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00een intersec\u0163ii cu circula\u0163ia nedirijat\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00een apropierea v\u00e2rfurilor de ramp\u0103, c\u00e2nd vizibilitatea este redus\u0103 sub 50 m;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00een curbe \u015fi \u00een orice alte locuri unde vizibilitatea este redus\u0103 sub 50 m;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pe pasaje denivelate, pe poduri, sub poduri \u015fi \u00een tuneluri.
