Dac\u0103 locuie\u0219ti \u00een Austria \u0219i te g\u00e2nde\u0219ti s\u0103 schimbi ma\u0219ina \u00een 2026, opre\u0219te-te dou\u0103 minute: nu e vorba doar de o func\u021bie nou\u0103, ci de o schimbare de standard tehnic care va ap\u0103rea pe toate modelele noi, indiferent de marc\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sistem-anti-alcool-pe-ma\u0219ini-in-ue-ce-se-schimba-concret-din-7-iulie-2026\">Sistem anti-alcool pe ma\u0219ini \u00een UE: ce se schimb\u0103 concret din 7 iulie 2026<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Obliga\u021bia vine din&nbsp;<strong>Regulamentul General de Siguran\u021b\u0103 2 (GSR II)<\/strong>, publicat \u00eenc\u0103 din 2019 \u00een Jurnalul Oficial al Uniunii Europene. Etapa care intr\u0103 \u00een vigoare \u00een 2026 este ultima \u0219i cea mai ampl\u0103: se aplic\u0103&nbsp;<strong>tuturor autoturismelor care primesc prima \u00eenmatriculare \u00een UE dup\u0103 7 iulie 2026<\/strong>, inclusiv modelelor deja cunoscute, aflate de ani buni pe pia\u021b\u0103, dar care se vor vinde \u00een continuare ca vehicule noi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Important pentru \u0219oferii din Austria (\u0219i nu numai):&nbsp;<strong>nu devine obligatoriu etilotestul \u00een ma\u0219in\u0103<\/strong>. Obligatorie este&nbsp;<strong>doar interfa\u021ba tehnic\u0103<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 adic\u0103 preg\u0103tirea hardware, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t un&nbsp;<strong>Alcolock<\/strong>&nbsp;certificat s\u0103 poat\u0103 fi montat ulterior, dac\u0103 va fi cerut \u00een anumite situa\u021bii (de exemplu, prin decizie judec\u0103toreasc\u0103 pentru recidivi\u0219ti sau \u00een anumite profesii).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cu alte cuvinte:&nbsp;<strong>nimeni nu te oblig\u0103 s\u0103 sufli \u00eenainte s\u0103 porne\u0219ti motorul<\/strong>, dar ma\u0219ina ta nou\u0103 va fi construit\u0103 astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t sistemul s\u0103 poat\u0103 fi instalat rapid, standardizat \u0219i compatibil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cum-func\u021bioneaza-de-fapt-alcolock-ul\">Cum func\u021bioneaz\u0103, de fapt, Alcolock-ul<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tehnic vorbind, sistemul are dou\u0103 piese principale:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>dispozitivul de m\u0103surare<\/strong>\u00a0(cu senzor electrochimic) \u00een care \u0219oferul expir\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>unitatea de control<\/strong>, montat\u0103 de regul\u0103 sub bord, care gestioneaz\u0103 alimentarea releului de pornire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Procedura este simpl\u0103: \u0219oferul sufl\u0103, aparatul m\u0103soar\u0103 alcoolul din aerul expirat, iar dac\u0103 valoarea dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219te pragul setat,&nbsp;<strong>motorul nu porne\u0219te<\/strong>. Ma\u0219ina r\u0103m\u00e2ne practic \u201eblocat\u0103\u201d p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd testul este \u00een parametri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen UE exist\u0103 deja un standard clar pentru aceste sisteme:&nbsp;<strong>EN 50436<\/strong>, o serie de norme dezvoltate \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu 2013 de comitetul CENELEC BTTF 116-2, care define\u0219te cerin\u021be de performan\u021b\u0103 \u0219i metode de testare pentru dispozitivele de blocare bazate pe alcoolul din aerul expirat. Produc\u0103tori precum&nbsp;<strong>Dr\u00e4ger Safety AG &amp; Co. KGaA<\/strong>&nbsp;(L\u00fcbeck, Germania) au deja solu\u021bii certificate pe pia\u021ba european\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-de-ce-insista-ue-vision-zero-\u0219i-cifrele-care-nu-lasa-loc-de-interpretari\">De ce insist\u0103 UE: \u201eVision Zero\u201d \u0219i cifrele care nu las\u0103 loc de interpret\u0103ri<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u0103sura intr\u0103 \u00een logica strategiei&nbsp;<strong>Vision Zero<\/strong>, prin care UE \u0219i-a asumat reducerea aproape la zero a deceselor \u0219i r\u0103nirilor grave \u00een trafic p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 2050. Pentru perioada 2021\u20132030 exist\u0103 \u0219i o \u021bint\u0103 intermediar\u0103:&nbsp;<strong>\u00eenjum\u0103t\u0103\u021birea victimelor<\/strong>&nbsp;p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Motivul e c\u00e2t se poate de serios: \u00een 2023, accidentele rutiere provocate de alcool au dus la&nbsp;<strong>aproximativ 5.000 de decese<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00een UE, adic\u0103 \u00een jur de&nbsp;<strong>25%<\/strong>&nbsp;din totalul mor\u021bilor \u00een trafic. Unele state folosesc deja pe scar\u0103 larg\u0103 astfel de sisteme, iar altele le impun \u0219oferilor prin\u0219i repetat sub influen\u021ba alcoolului. Despre contextul general al m\u0103surii la nivel european a relatat \u0219i presa de specialitate, inclusiv&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pcgameshardware.de\/Automotive-Thema-261936\/News\/Atemalkohol-Sperre-EU-Pflicht-fuer-jedes-neue-Auto-ab-Juli-2026-1536302\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PCGH<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nu-e-singura-noutate-pachetul-de-sisteme-obligatorii-pe-ma\u0219inile-noi\">Nu e singura noutate: pachetul de sisteme obligatorii pe ma\u0219inile noi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Interfa\u021ba pentru Alcolock este doar o pies\u0103 dintr-un pachet mai mare de tehnologii de siguran\u021b\u0103 care devin standard pe ma\u0219inile noi v\u00e2ndute \u00een UE din 7 iulie 2026.
