M\u0103sura face parte din noile reguli adoptate de Comisia European\u0103 pentru reducerea accidentelor \u0219i protejarea participan\u021bilor la trafic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cele cinci sisteme de siguran\u021b\u0103 care devin obligatorii Uniunea European\u0103 introduce noi standarde de siguran\u021b\u0103 pentru autovehicule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u00cencep\u00e2nd de mar\u021bi, 7 iulie, toate autoturismele \u0219i autoutilitarele noi v\u00e2ndute \u00een statele membre ale UE vor trebui s\u0103 respecte noi cerin\u021be privind siguran\u021ba, potrivit normelor introduse de Comisia European\u0103. Noile reguli urm\u0103resc s\u0103 reduc\u0103 num\u0103rul accidentelor rutiere \u0219i al victimelor de pe \u0219osele, prin introducerea unor tehnologii suplimentare de protec\u021bie at\u00e2t pentru ocupan\u021bii vehiculelor, c\u00e2t \u0219i pentru pietoni \u0219i bicicli\u0219ti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform noilor reglement\u0103ri europene, toate vehiculele noi din aceste categorii vor trebui s\u0103 fie echipate cu: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sistem avansat de fr\u00e2nare automat\u0103 de urgen\u021b\u0103 (AEB), capabil s\u0103 detecteze pietoni \u0219i bicicli\u0219ti \u0219i s\u0103 intervin\u0103 pentru evitarea sau reducerea impactului unei coliziuni. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sistem avansat de avertizare privind distragerea aten\u021biei \u0219oferului, destinat s\u0103 identifice momentele \u00een care conduc\u0103torul auto nu este suficient de atent la trafic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vizibilitate frontal\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bit\u0103, prin solu\u021bii constructive care ofer\u0103 \u0219oferului un c\u00e2mp vizual mai bun \u00een fa\u021ba vehiculului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Noi cerin\u021be privind testarea anvelopelor uzate, pentru a asigura men\u021binerea performan\u021belor de siguran\u021b\u0103 \u0219i \u00een condi\u021bii de utilizare. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suprafe\u021be extinse din sticl\u0103 de siguran\u021b\u0103, proiectate pentru a reduce gravitatea r\u0103nilor suferite de pietoni \u00een cazul unui impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Comisia European\u0103 precizeaz\u0103 c\u0103 introducerea acestor echipamente obligatorii face parte din strategia de \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire a standardelor de siguran\u021b\u0103 ale vehiculelor \u0219i de reducere a num\u0103rului de decese \u0219i r\u0103ni grave provocate de accidentele rutiere \u00een Uniunea European\u0103. Noile cerin\u021be se aplic\u0103 autoturismelor \u0219i autoutilitarelor noi comercializate \u00een UE, \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu data de 7 iulie 2026. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noul sistem alcool-lock, obligatoriu tot din iulie <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De la 1 iulie 2026 a intrat \u00een vigoare \u00een Uniunea European\u0103 o nou\u0103 reglementare: fiecare vehicul nou v\u00e2ndut \u00een Uniunea European\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 fie echipat cu o interfa\u021b\u0103 standardizat\u0103 pentru un sistem de blocare la alcool, cunoscut sub denumirea de \u201ealcool-lock\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potrivit informa\u021biilor citate de revista Wired, legisla\u021bia nu prevede instalarea obligatorie a aparatului de m\u0103surare a alcoolemiei, ci doar preg\u0103tirea tehnic\u0103 pentru acesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Produc\u0103torii auto vor fi obliga\u021bi s\u0103 asigure un spa\u021biu fizic de instalare \u00een bordul ma\u0219inii \u0219i o interfa\u021b\u0103 electronic\u0103 standardizat\u0103, scopul fiind ca un sistem alcool-lock s\u0103 poat\u0103 fi montat ulterior rapid, ieftin \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 modific\u0103ri complexe ale electronicii vehiculului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u00cen documentele oficiale, sistemul este denumit \u201edispozitiv de imobilizare sensibil la alcool\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cum func\u021bioneaz\u0103 un sistem alcool-lock <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un alcool-lock activ func\u021bioneaz\u0103 similar alcooltestelor utilizate de poli\u021bie. \u00cenainte de pornirea motorului, \u0219oferul trebuie s\u0103 sufle \u00eentr-un dispozitiv conectat la ma\u0219in\u0103. Dac\u0103 este detectat\u0103 o valoare peste limita legal\u0103 de alcool, sistemul blocheaz\u0103 electronic pornirea vehiculului. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru a preveni erorile sau manipularea, toate dispozitivele utilizate trebuie s\u0103 respecte standardul european EN 50436 \u0219i s\u0103 fie certificate de organisme autorizate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceste sisteme nu sunt o noutate experimental\u0103. Ele sunt deja utilizate \u00een mai multe state, \u00een special \u00een cazul \u0219oferilor condamna\u021bi pentru conducere sub influen\u021ba alcoolului sau ca m\u0103sur\u0103 obligatorie pentru anumite categorii de \u0219oferi profesioni\u0219ti.
