O cafea mic\u0103 f\u0103cut\u0103 acas\u0103 poate avea mai pu\u021bin\u0103 cofein\u0103 dec\u00e2t o cafea mare cump\u0103rat\u0103 de la cafenea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-12\">Conteaz\u0103 \u0219i dac\u0103 mai consumi ceai negru, ceai verde, b\u0103uturi energizante, cola sau suplimente cu cofein\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"chapter-2\">Ce con\u021bine cafeaua<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-13\">Cafeaua con\u021bine cofein\u0103, substan\u021ba care stimuleaz\u0103 sistemul nervos \u0219i poate cre\u0219te temporar aten\u021bia \u0219i nivelul de energie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-14\">Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 cofein\u0103, cafeaua con\u021bine \u0219i compu\u0219i vegetali, precum polifenoli, care au efect antioxidant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-15\">Harvard T.H. Pentru c\u0103 \u00een mod normal, cafeaua simpl\u0103 are foarte pu\u021bine calorii, \u00eens\u0103 zah\u0103rul, fri\u0219ca, siropurile sau laptele condensat pot transforma b\u0103utura \u00eentr-un desert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"chapter-3\">Semnele c\u0103 ar trebui s\u0103 reduci consumul de cafea<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-18\">Pentru unele persoane, chiar \u0219i cantit\u0103\u021bi mai mici de cafea pot provoca simptome nepl\u0103cute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-19\">Potrivit sursei citate, dac\u0103 apar dureri de cap, stare de nelini\u0219te sau nervozitate dup\u0103 consumul de cofein\u0103, este bine s\u0103 reg\u00e2nde\u0219ti cantitatea potrivit\u0103 pentru tine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-20\">Printre semnele care pot ar\u0103ta c\u0103 ai consumat prea mult\u0103 cafea sau prea mult\u0103 cofein\u0103 se num\u0103r\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>insomnie;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>agita\u021bie;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nervozitate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>anxietate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tremur;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>palpita\u021bii;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ritm cardiac mai rapid;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dureri de cap;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>iritabilitate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>disconfort gastric.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-21\">Harvard men\u021bioneaz\u0103 c\u0103 dozele mici sau moderate de cofein\u0103 pot cre\u0219te aten\u021bia \u0219i energia, \u00eens\u0103 dozele mai mari pot avea efecte negative, precum anxietate, nelini\u0219te, insomnie \u0219i cre\u0219terea ritmului cardiac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"chapter-4\">Cafeaua poate afecta somnul<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-22\">Unul dintre cele mai frecvente efecte ale cafelei consumate \u00een exces sau prea t\u00e2rziu este afectarea somnului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-23\">Chiar dac\u0103 unele persoane spun c\u0103 pot bea cafea seara \u0219i pot adormi, calitatea somnului poate fi afectat\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-24\">Sursele medicale arat\u0103 c\u0103 o doz\u0103 de 100 mg de cofein\u0103 poate influen\u021ba durata \u0219i calitatea somnului la unii adul\u021bi, mai ales dac\u0103 este consumat\u0103 aproape de ora de culcare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-25\">De aceea,&nbsp;<strong>persoanele care au insomnie sau somn agitat ar trebui s\u0103 evite cafeaua \u00een a doua parte a zilei sau s\u0103 reduc\u0103 num\u0103rul de cafele<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"chapter-5\">C\u00e2nd cafeaua poate accentua anxietatea sau agita\u021bia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-26\">Cafeaua poate ajuta la concentrare, dar la unele persoane poate accentua agita\u021bia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-27\">Cei care sunt sensibili la cofein\u0103 pot sim\u021bi nelini\u0219te, tremur, iritabilitate sau palpita\u021bii chiar \u0219i dup\u0103 o cantitate mai mic\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-28\">Sura citat\u0103 arat\u0103 c\u0103 prea mult\u0103 cofein\u0103 poate provoca anxietate, dureri de cap sau ritm cardiac mai rapid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-29\">Persoanele care au anxietate, atacuri de panic\u0103 sau palpita\u021bii ar trebui s\u0103 observe cum reac\u021bioneaz\u0103 dup\u0103 cafea \u0219i s\u0103 discute cu medicul dac\u0103 simptomele se repet\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"chapter-6\">Cine trebuie s\u0103 fie atent la consumul de cafea<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-30\">Cafeaua nu este potrivit\u0103 \u00een aceea\u0219i cantitate pentru toat\u0103 lumea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-31\">Unele persoane trebuie s\u0103 fie mai atente la consumul de cofein\u0103, mai ales dac\u0103 au anumite afec\u021biuni sau simptome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-32\">Printre cei care ar trebui s\u0103 fie mai pruden\u021bi se num\u0103r\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>persoanele cu insomnie;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>persoanele cu anxietate sau atacuri de panic\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>persoanele care au palpita\u021bii;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>persoanele cu hipertensiune necontrolat\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>persoanele cu reflux gastroesofagian;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>femeile \u00eens\u0103rcinate sau care al\u0103pteaz\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>persoanele care iau anumite medicamente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-33\">EFSA precizeaz\u0103 c\u0103 limita de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 400 mg de cofein\u0103 pe zi se aplic\u0103 adul\u021bilor s\u0103n\u0103to\u0219i, dar nu femeilor \u00eens\u0103rcinate.
