Proiectul, aflat \u00eenc\u0103 \u00een faz\u0103 de analiz\u0103, ar putea deveni una dintre cele mai importante modific\u0103ri ale legisla\u021biei auto europene din ultimele decenii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Ma\u0219inile noi ar putea limita automat viteza <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comisia European\u0103 analizeaz\u0103 introducerea unei tehnologii care ar putea \u00eempiedica automat \u0219oferii s\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 viteza maxim\u0103 admis\u0103.Dac\u0103 proiectul va fi adoptat, sistemul ar urma s\u0103 fie instalat pe toate ma\u0219inile noi comercializate \u00een Uniunea European\u0103 \u00een urm\u0103torii ani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Potrivit 7sur7.be, care citeaz\u0103 informa\u021bii publicate de presa britanic\u0103, propunerea se afl\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 \u00eentr-o etap\u0103 exploratorie, iar oficialii europeni discut\u0103 cu produc\u0103torii auto \u0219i cu organiza\u021biile pentru siguran\u021b\u0103 rutier\u0103 despre o posibil\u0103 modificare a actualelor reguli. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 va fi implementat\u0103, m\u0103sura ar reprezenta cea mai important\u0103 schimbare pentru industria auto european\u0103 de la introducerea obligativit\u0103\u021bii purt\u0103rii centurii de siguran\u021b\u0103, \u00een urm\u0103 cu 43 de ani. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cum ar func\u021biona sistemul <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tehnologia ar utiliza naviga\u021bia prin satelit, h\u0103r\u021bi digitale actualizate, re\u021belele 5G \u0219i camere video capabile s\u0103 recunoasc\u0103 indicatoarele rutiere. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen momentul \u00een care vehiculul intr\u0103 pe un drum unde limita legal\u0103 de vitez\u0103 este mai mic\u0103, sistemul ar putea reduce automat puterea motorului, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t vehiculul s\u0103 nu mai poat\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219i viteza permis\u0103. \u00cen situa\u021bii de urgen\u021b\u0103, sistemul ar putea fi dezactivat temporar, permi\u021b\u00e2nd \u0219oferului s\u0103 accelereze peste limit\u0103 pentru o perioad\u0103 scurt\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sistemul ISA este deja obligatoriu pe ma\u0219inile noi Din iulie 2024, toate autoturismele noi v\u00e2ndute \u00een Uniunea European\u0103 sunt deja echipate cu sistemul Intelligent Speed Assistance (ISA). Acesta identific\u0103 limita legal\u0103 de vitez\u0103 \u0219i avertizeaz\u0103 \u0219oferul atunci c\u00e2nd o dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219te, prin semnale sonore, vibra\u021bii \u00een volan sau mesaje afi\u0219ate pe tabloul de bord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u00cen prezent \u00eens\u0103, sistemul are doar rol informativ, iar conduc\u0103torul auto poate ignora avertismentele f\u0103r\u0103 ca automobilul s\u0103 intervin\u0103 asupra vitezei. Organiza\u021biile pentru siguran\u021b\u0103 rutier\u0103 consider\u0103 c\u0103 un sistem capabil s\u0103 limiteze automat viteza ar putea reduce semnificativ num\u0103rul accidentelor grave. Potrivit acestora, viteza excesiv\u0103 continu\u0103 s\u0103 fie una dintre principalele cauze ale accidentelor mortale pe drumurile europene. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speciali\u0219tii atrag aten\u021bia c\u0103 actualele sisteme de recunoa\u0219tere a limitelor de vitez\u0103 nu sunt \u00eentotdeauna suficient de precise. Indicatoarele pot s\u0103 nu fie detectate corect, h\u0103r\u021bile digitale pot con\u021bine informa\u021bii dep\u0103\u0219ite, iar datele GPS nu ofer\u0103 \u00eentotdeauna localizarea exact\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Criticii proiectului avertizeaz\u0103 c\u0103 o reducere nea\u0219teptat\u0103 a vitezei, bazat\u0103 pe informa\u021bii eronate, ar putea deveni chiar un factor de risc pentru producerea unor accidente, mai ales dac\u0103 \u0219oferii din spate nu anticipeaz\u0103 \u00eencetinirea. Publica\u021bia de specialitate L\u2019Automobile Magazine precizeaz\u0103 \u00eens\u0103 c\u0103, dac\u0103 tehnologia va fi implementat\u0103, limitarea vitezei ar urma s\u0103 se fac\u0103 progresiv, f\u0103r\u0103 fr\u00e2n\u0103ri bru\u0219te sau interven\u021bii care s\u0103 surprind\u0103 conduc\u0103torul auto. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O eventual\u0103 introducere este luat\u0103 \u00een calcul dup\u0103 2030 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exper\u021bii ridic\u0103 \u0219i probleme legate de securitatea cibernetic\u0103 \u0219i protec\u021bia vie\u021bii private. Sistemele capabile s\u0103 controleze automat func\u021bionarea unui vehicul trebuie s\u0103 fie protejate \u00eempotriva defec\u021biunilor tehnice \u0219i a atacurilor informatice. De asemenea, introducerea unei astfel de tehnologii ar putea reduce semnificativ veniturile ob\u021binute de statele membre din amenzile aplicate pentru dep\u0103\u0219irea vitezei legale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comisia European\u0103 subliniaz\u0103 c\u0103 nu a fost prezentat\u0103 nicio propunere legislativ\u0103 final\u0103. \u00cen prezent, discu\u021biile cu industria auto \u0219i cu celelalte p\u0103r\u021bi implicate urm\u0103resc s\u0103 stabileasc\u0103 dac\u0103 actualele norme privind siguran\u021ba rutier\u0103 trebuie modificate \u00een viitor. Dac\u0103 Uniunea European\u0103 va decide introducerea obligativit\u0103\u021bii unui astfel de sistem, m\u0103sura se va aplica exclusiv autoturismelor noi puse pe pia\u021b\u0103. Deocamdat\u0103 nu exist\u0103 un calendar oficial pentru adoptarea unei asemenea reglement\u0103ri, \u00eens\u0103 anul 2030 este cel mai frecvent men\u021bionat ca posibil termen de implementare. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e2t pl\u0103tesc \u0219oferii din Rom\u00e2nia dac\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219esc viteza legal\u0103 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dep\u0103\u0219irea limitei de vitez\u0103 \u00een localitate r\u0103m\u00e2ne una dintre cele mai frecvente abateri de pe drumurile din Rom\u00e2nia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru cele trei praguri de vitez\u0103, care \u00eei fac pe \u0219oferi s\u0103 ajung\u0103 \u00een fa\u021ba agen\u021bilor de poli\u021bie sau le aduc plicul cu procesul-verbal acas\u0103, exist\u0103 amenzi, dar \u0219i sanc\u021biuni complementare: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219ti cu 20 km\/h (ex.: rulezi cu 70 km\/h \u00eentr-o zon\u0103 cu limit\u0103 de 50 km\/h):Intri \u00een prima clas\u0103 de sanc\u021biuni. Prime\u0219ti 2 sau 3 puncte de amend\u0103 (\u00eentre 405 \u0219i 607,5 lei) \u0219i 2 puncte de penalizare. Nu se suspend\u0103 permisul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Dac\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219ti cu 30 km\/h (ex.: rulezi cu 80 km\/h): Intri \u00een clasa a II-a de sanc\u021biuni. Sanc\u021biunea este de 4 sau 5 puncte de amend\u0103 (\u00eentre 810 \u0219i 1.012,5 lei) \u0219i 3 puncte de penalizare. Nu se suspend\u0103 permisul. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219ti cu fix 50 km\/h (ex.: rulezi cu 100 km\/h): Te afli la pragul critic dintre clasa a III-a \u0219i clasa a IV-a. Dac\u0103 aparatul radar \u00eenregistreaz\u0103 o vitez\u0103 cuprins\u0103 \u00eentre 41 \u0219i 50 km\/h peste limit\u0103, prime\u0219ti 9-20 puncte de amend\u0103 (\u00eentre 1.822,5 \u0219i 4.050 de lei) \u0219i 6 puncte de penalizare. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219ti limita cu mai mult de 50 km\/h (chiar \u0219i cu un singur kilometru \u00een plus, adic\u0103 51 km\/h peste limit\u0103\/101 km\/h \u00een localitate), permisul de conducere se suspend\u0103 automat pentru o perioad\u0103 de 90 de zile, mai ales c\u0103 poli\u021bi\u0219tii rom\u00e2ni folosesc acum sistemul e-SIGUR, care face aproape imposibil\u0103 contestarea \u00een instan\u021b\u0103 a \u00eenc\u0103lc\u0103rilor limitelor de vitez\u0103.<br>Sursa: libertatea     Foto: libertatea<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Comisia European\u0103 analizeaz\u0103 posibilitatea introducerii unui sistem care s\u0103 \u00eempiedice automat ma\u0219inile noi s\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 limita legal\u0103 de vitez\u0103.
