circula\u021bie va fi men\u021binut doar p\u00e2n\u0103 la punerea \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103 a sectorului afectat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"restrictiile-vizeaza-doar-sensul-alba-iulia-turda\"><a incorecte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201eCircula\u021bia pe autostrad\u0103 nu se \u00eenchide complet, restric\u021bia vizeaz\u0103 exclusiv sensul de mers Alba Iulia \u2013 Turda (calea 1), afectat direct de cedarea corpului autostr\u0103zii produs\u0103 la km 66+300.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Circula\u021bia pe sensul Turda \u2013 Alba Iulia se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 normal, pe dou\u0103 benzi, cu band\u0103 de urgen\u021b\u0103, pe calea 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Devierea traficului pe DN1 prive\u0219te un singur sens de circula\u021bie.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Astfel, \u0219oferii care circul\u0103 dinspre Turda c\u0103tre Alba Iulia pot utiliza \u00een continuare autostrada f\u0103r\u0103 restric\u021bii, \u00een timp ce traficul din sens opus este redirec\u021bionat pe Drumul Na\u021bional 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"de-ce-nu-a-fost-introdusa-circulatia-in-ambele-sensuri-pe-aceeasi-cale\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/autostrada-a10-ramane-cu-restrictii-cnair-spune-de-ce-nu-poate-folosi-o-singura-cale-pentru-ambele-sensuri.html#de-ce-nu-a-fost-introdusa-circulatia-in-ambele-sensuri-pe-aceeasi-cale\">De ce nu a fost introdus\u0103 circula\u021bia \u00een ambele sensuri pe aceea\u0219i cale<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Una dintre cele mai discutate variante dup\u0103 apari\u021bia problemelor pe&nbsp;<a noopener\">autostrad\u0103<\/a>&nbsp;a fost utilizarea celeilalte c\u0103i de rulare pentru circula\u021bia \u00een ambele sensuri, solu\u021bie aplicat\u0103 frecvent \u00een timpul lucr\u0103rilor pe autostr\u0103zile din Europa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CNAIR spune \u00eens\u0103 c\u0103 aceast\u0103 variant\u0103 a fost analizat\u0103 \u0219i respins\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201eSolu\u021bia de circula\u021bie bidirec\u021bional\u0103 pe calea 2 a fost analizat\u0103, \u00eens\u0103 din motive de grave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201eCaracteristicile geometrice ale sectorului cuprins \u00eentre km 65+000 \u0219i km 67+000:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>sectorul are o declivitate de cca 6-7%, la limita superioar\u0103 a valorilor admise pentru autostr\u0103zi;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>vehiculele grele urc\u0103 rampa cu 20\u201330 km\/h, iar o singur\u0103 band\u0103 pe sens ar fi conduce la posibile ambuteiaje;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>sectorul include un v\u00e2rf de pant\u0103 care limiteaz\u0103 vizibilitatea \u0219i \u0219oferii nu ar putea percepe la timp vehiculele de pe contrasens sau coloanele oprite;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>tronsonul este clasificat \u201dpunct negru\u201d, cu numeroase accidente \u00eenregistrate chiar \u00een configura\u021bia actual\u0103, cu sensuri separate fizic. Introducerea circula\u021biei fa\u021b\u0103 \u00een fa\u021b\u0103, cu separare prin balize direc\u021bionale, pe un asemenea sector ar \u00eensemna agravarea deliberat\u0103 a celui mai periculos tip de risc \u2013 coliziunea frontal\u0103, exact acolo unde istoricul de accidente impune contrariul;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>banda de urgen\u021b\u0103 a c\u0103ii 2 ar fi consumat\u0103 \u00een profilul de contrasens \u0219i \u0219i-ar pierde integral func\u021bia: orice avarie ar bloca un sens \u00eentreg, iar accesul serviciilor de urgen\u021b\u0103 ar fi compromis pe un sector unde, statistic, probabilitatea unei interven\u021bii este ridicat\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>sensul Turda \u2013 Alba Iulia, care ast\u0103zi func\u021bioneaz\u0103 normal, ar fi redus la o singur\u0103 band\u0103.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Potrivit CNAIR, toate aceste elemente ar transforma un sector deja periculos \u00eentr-unul cu un risc \u0219i mai mare de producere a unor<a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/autostrada-a10-nu-ar-trebui-inchisa-pe-17-kilometri-horatiu-cosma-contesta-planul-cnair.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;accidente<\/a>&nbsp;frontale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"in-locul-unui-sens-deviat-si-al-unui-sens-sigur-am-obtine-doua-sensuri-expuse-riscului\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/autostrada-a10-ramane-cu-restrictii-cnair-spune-de-ce-nu-poate-folosi-o-singura-cale-pentru-ambele-sensuri.html#in-locul-unui-sens-deviat-si-al-unui-sens-sigur-am-obtine-doua-sensuri-expuse-riscului\">\u201e\u00cen locul unui sens deviat \u0219i al unui sens sigur, am ob\u021bine dou\u0103 sensuri expuse riscului\u201d<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Compania sus\u021bine c\u0103 alegerea variantei actuale reprezint\u0103 cea mai sigur\u0103 solu\u021bie \u00een condi\u021biile existente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201e\u00cen locul unui sens deviat \u0219i al unui sens sigur, am ob\u021bine dou\u0103 sensuri expuse riscului, fa\u021b\u0103 \u00een fa\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Solu\u021bia aleas\u0103 reprezint\u0103, \u00een actualul context, varianta care ofer\u0103 cel mai ridicat nivel de siguran\u021b\u0103 rutier\u0103.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CNAIR precizeaz\u0103 c\u0103 circula\u021bia bidirec\u021bional\u0103 pe o singur\u0103 cale nu este exclus\u0103 ca principiu \u0219i este folosit\u0103 inclusiv \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, \u00eens\u0103 numai atunci c\u00e2nd configura\u021bia drumului permite acest lucru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201e\u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te compara\u021biile cu lucr\u0103rile executate sub trafic \u00een alte state: circula\u021bia bidirec\u021bional\u0103 pe o singur\u0103 cale este o solu\u021bie standard, pe care o aplic\u0103m \u0219i noi acolo unde condi\u021biile o permit. Ea presupune \u00eens\u0103 geometrie favorabil\u0103, vizibilitate asigurat\u0103 la \u00eent\u00e2lnire.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"restrictiile-sunt-temporare\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/autostrada-a10-ramane-cu-restrictii-cnair-spune-de-ce-nu-poate-folosi-o-singura-cale-pentru-ambele-sensuri.html#restrictiile-sunt-temporare\">Restric\u021biile sunt temporare<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Compania anun\u021b\u0103 c\u0103 actualele restric\u021bii vor fi reevaluate permanent, \u00een func\u021bie de concluziile expertizei tehnice \u0219i de evolu\u021bia&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/se-reiau-lucrarile-la-canalul-siret-baragan-investitie-de-330-de-milioane-de-euro-pentru-irigatii.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">lucr\u0103rilor<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201eM\u0103sura este una temporar\u0103 \u0219i va fi reevaluat\u0103 permanent. Pe baza concluziilor expertizei, se preg\u0103tesc solu\u021biile de punere \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103 \u0219i de remediere a zonei de la km 66+300, iar regimul de circula\u021bie va fi adaptat pe m\u0103sura avans\u0103rii lucr\u0103rilor.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e2n\u0103 la finalizarea interven\u021biilor, CNAIR consider\u0103 c\u0103 siguran\u021ba trebuie s\u0103 prevaleze \u00een fa\u021ba disconfortului creat \u0219oferilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201eP\u00e2n\u0103 atunci, \u00eentre un disconfort prin parcurgerea DN1 pe un singur sens de deplasare \u0219i riscul unor coliziuni frontale pe un sector clasificat ca punct negru, administratorul are obliga\u021bia legal\u0103 \u0219i moral\u0103 de a alege siguran\u021ba.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"politia-rutiera-va-monitoriza-traficul-deviat\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/autostrada-a10-ramane-cu-restrictii-cnair-spune-de-ce-nu-poate-folosi-o-singura-cale-pentru-ambele-sensuri.html#politia-rutiera-va-monitoriza-traficul-deviat\">Poli\u021bia Rutier\u0103 va monitoriza traficul deviat<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru reducerea impactului asupra traficului, Direc\u021bia Regional\u0103 de Drumuri \u0219i Poduri Cluj va colabora cu Poli\u021bia Rutier\u0103 pentru monitorizarea \u0219i fluidizarea circula\u021biei pe DN1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201ePentru sensul deviat pe DN1, DRDP Cluj va colabora cu Poli\u021bia Rutier\u0103 pentru fluidizarea \u0219i supravegherea traficului, iar semnalizarea rutelor alternative va fi instituit\u0103 \u0219i verificat\u0103 periodic.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen final, CNAIR transmite c\u0103 \u00een\u021belege nemul\u021bumirea \u0219oferilor, \u00eens\u0103 subliniaz\u0103 c\u0103 m\u0103surile au fost adoptate exclusiv pentru prevenirea accidentelor \u0219i protejarea participan\u021bilor la trafic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201e\u00cen\u021belegem nemul\u021bumirea utilizatorilor \u0219i o trat\u0103m cu toat\u0103 seriozitatea. Cu toate acestea, siguran\u021ba circula\u021biei reprezint\u0103 prioritatea absolut\u0103 a CNAIR \u2013 DRDP Cluj. Din acest motiv, nu putem direc\u021biona traficul pe un sector de drum care ar expune participan\u021bii la trafic unui risc semnificativ de coliziuni frontale.
