Regulamentul european stabile\u0219te ce date pot fi colectate \u0219i interzice identificarea persoanelor aflate la volan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sistemul, denumit&nbsp;<em>Advanced Driver Distraction Warning<\/em>&nbsp;(ADDW), analizeaz\u0103 direc\u021bia privirii, pozi\u021bia capului \u0219i mi\u0219c\u0103rile ochilor pentru a determina dac\u0103 \u0219oferul este atent la drum sau, de exemplu, prive\u0219te prea mult timp spre telefonul mobil, relateaz\u0103 ZDF, citat de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediafax.ro\/auto\/camere-obligatorii-pentru-monitorizarea-soferilor-in-toate-masinile-noi-din-ue-ce-au-voie-sa-inregistreze-23770085\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mediafax<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cum func\u021bioneaz\u0103 acest sistem?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Camera este montat\u0103 din fabric\u0103, de regul\u0103 \u00een zona oglinzii retrovizoare sau pe bord, \u0219i monitorizeaz\u0103 permanent comportamentul \u0219oferului. Regulile europene stabilesc inclusiv intervalele dup\u0103 care este emis avertismentul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/mitul-vitezei-pe-autostrada-de-ce-goana-cu-150-km-h-iti-aduce-doar-cateva-minute-in-plus-si-riscuri-maxime-19517403\">viteze<\/a>&nbsp;cuprinse \u00eentre 20 \u0219i 50 km\/h, sistemul avertizeaz\u0103 dac\u0103 \u0219oferul \u00ee\u0219i mut\u0103 privirea de la drum timp de cel pu\u021bin \u0219ase secunde. Sistemul a fost introdus pentru a reduce accidentele provocate de neaten\u021bia la volan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Temerile \u0219oferilor legate de noile camere obligatorii<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Una dintre cele mai r\u0103sp\u00e2ndite temeri este c\u0103 noile camere vor filma permanent \u0219oferii \u0219i vor crea o arhiv\u0103 video a tuturor deplas\u0103rilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potrivit regulamentului delegat al Comisiei Europene care stabile\u0219te cerin\u021bele tehnice pentru sistemele de avertizare privind distragerea aten\u021biei \u0219oferului (ADDW), imaginile nu sunt stocate permanent, ci sunt suprascrise continuu, iar \u00eenregistrarea nu include automat \u0219i sunet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Normele europene interzic colectarea de date biometrice care ar permite identificarea persoanei aflate la volan. Regulamentul delegat (UE) 2023\/2590 al Comisiei Europene spune expres c\u0103 \u201eidentificarea persoanei prin intermediul sistemului ADDW este interzis\u0103\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Datele sunt procesate exclusiv \u00een interiorul vehiculului \u0219i nu sunt transmise c\u0103tre produc\u0103torul ma\u0219inii, autorit\u0103\u021bi sau alte baze de date. \u00cen forma actual\u0103, sistemul nu poate fi utilizat pentru monitorizarea permanent\u0103 a \u0219oferilor de c\u0103tre stat sau de c\u0103tre constructorii auto. Totu\u0219i, exper\u021bii subliniaz\u0103 c\u0103 nicio tehnologie nu ofer\u0103 o garan\u021bie absolut\u0103 \u00eempotriva unor eventuale modific\u0103ri legislative sau software \u00een viitor, \u00eens\u0103 \u00een prezent nu exist\u0103 planuri \u00een acest sens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cine este obligat s\u0103 implementeze acest sistem?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Obliga\u021bia se aplic\u0103 tuturor autoturismelor noi comercializate \u00een Uniunea European\u0103 \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu 10 iulie 2026. Noile tipuri de vehicule erau deja obligate s\u0103 fie echipate cu aceste sisteme din iulie 2024, iar acum cerin\u021ba a fost extins\u0103 la toate ma\u0219inile noi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Autoturismele aflate deja \u00een circula\u021bie nu trebuie modificate \u0219i pot fi utilizate \u00een continuare f\u0103r\u0103 instalarea sistemului ADDW.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regulamentul european oblig\u0103 produc\u0103torii s\u0103 ofere posibilitatea dezactiv\u0103rii manuale a sistemului sau, cel pu\u021bin, a avertiz\u0103rilor acestuia. Totu\u0219i, la fiecare repornire a ma\u0219inii, func\u021biile sunt reactivate automat. Vehiculul trebuie s\u0103 detecteze dac\u0103 senzorul camerei este acoperit sau nu func\u021bioneaz\u0103 corespunz\u0103tor. \u00cen acest caz, pe bord trebuie s\u0103 apar\u0103 un avertisment vizual privind defectarea sistemului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 sistemul ADDW, noul pachet european de siguran\u021b\u0103 include \u0219i alte tehnologii obligatorii, precum asisten\u021ba la mersul \u00eenapoi, asistentul pentru men\u021binerea benzii de circula\u021bie \u0219i \u00eenregistrarea automat\u0103 a unor date \u00een cazul producerii unui accident.
