poate fi p\u0103strat\u0103 pe casa sc\u0103rii doar dac\u0103 nu afecteaz\u0103 folosirea spa\u021biului comun<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bicicleta este unul dintre obiectele pe care mul\u021bi proprietari aleg s\u0103 le depoziteze pe&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/lege-la-bloc-interdictie-pentru-proprietarii-de-apartamente-si-garsoniere-obiectele-care-trebuie-scoase-de-pe-casa-scarii.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">casa sc\u0103rii<\/a>, \u00een lipsa unei boxe sau a unui spa\u021biu special amenajat. Totu\u0219i, aceast\u0103 solu\u021bie trebuie analizat\u0103 \u00een raport cu regulile care guverneaz\u0103 utilizarea propriet\u0103\u021bii comune \u0219i cu drepturile celorlal\u021bi locatari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potrivit<a href=\"https:\/\/legislatie.just.ro\/Public\/DetaliiDocument\/203233\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;Legii nr. 196\/2018<\/a>&nbsp;privind \u00eenfiin\u021barea, organizarea \u0219i func\u021bionarea asocia\u021biilor de proprietari \u0219i administrarea condominiilor, casa sc\u0103rii, holurile, culoarele \u0219i celelalte c\u0103i de acces fac parte din proprietatea comun\u0103 a tuturor proprietarilor din imobil. Aceste spa\u021bii sunt destinate circula\u021biei \u0219i accesului c\u0103tre apartamente \u0219i trebuie utilizate astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 poat\u0103 fi folosite \u00een mod normal de to\u021bi locatarii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Din acest motiv, depozitarea permanent\u0103 a bunurilor personale \u00een aceste zone poate deveni o problem\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd restr\u00e2nge spa\u021biul de trecere sau \u00eempiedic\u0103 folosirea normal\u0103 a p\u0103r\u021bilor comune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen practic\u0103, numeroase asocia\u021bii de proprietari includ \u00een regulamentul condominiului prevederi care interzic l\u0103sarea bicicletelor, c\u0103rucioarelor, mobilierului ori a altor obiecte pe casa sc\u0103rii, pentru a preveni conflictele \u00eentre vecini \u0219i pentru a men\u021bine libere c\u0103ile de acces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"in-ce-situatii-proprietarul-poate-fi-obligat-sa-isi-mute-bicicleta\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/bicicleta-lasata-pe-casa-scarii-iti-poate-aduce-probleme-cand-poti-fi-obligat-sa-o-muti-din-spatiul-comun.html#in-ce-situatii-proprietarul-poate-fi-obligat-sa-isi-mute-bicicleta\">\u00cen ce situa\u021bii proprietarul poate fi obligat s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i mute bicicleta<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Simplul fapt c\u0103 o biciclet\u0103 este amplasat\u0103 pe casa sc\u0103rii nu \u00eenseamn\u0103, \u00een mod automat, c\u0103&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/amenzi-de-pana-la-100-000-de-lei-pentru-lucrarile-facute-in-apartament-proprietarii-de-la-bloc-risca-sanctiuni-daca-ignora-aceste-reguli.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">proprietarul<\/a>&nbsp;\u00eencalc\u0103 legea. Situa\u021bia se schimb\u0103 \u00eens\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd aceasta reduce spa\u021biul destinat circula\u021biei, \u00eempiedic\u0103 accesul locatarilor sau creeaz\u0103 disconfort ori riscuri pentru ceilal\u021bi proprietari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen astfel de cazuri,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/proprietarii-de-apartamente-risca-executarea-silita-chiar-daca-nu-ei-au-facut-datoriile-regula-pe-care-multi-o-afla-prea-tarziu.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">asocia\u021bia de proprietari<\/a>&nbsp;poate solicita mutarea bicicletei din spa\u021biul comun. De asemenea, dac\u0103 adunarea general\u0103 a aprobat un regulament privind utilizarea propriet\u0103\u021bii comune, proprietarii au obliga\u021bia de a respecta prevederile acestuia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen plus, atunci c\u00e2nd bicicleta este amplasat\u0103 \u00eentr-o zon\u0103 care afecteaz\u0103 siguran\u021ba circula\u021biei \u00een interiorul blocului sau
