Astfel, Rom\u00e2nia se afl\u0103 \u00een pozi\u021bia \u00een care poate pierde banii europeni \u0219i pentru acest proiect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contre \u00eentre secretarul de stat \u0219i directorul CNAIR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00centr-un mesaj pe Facebook, Hora\u021biu Cosma, secretar de stat al Ministerului Transporturilor spune c\u0103 a stopat \u201epeste 500 de noi angaj\u0103ri \u0219i zeci de milioane de lei \u00een plus cu salariile\u201d, cheltuieli prezentate \u00een proiectul de buget depus ini\u021bial la Minister.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe urm\u0103, compania a revenit cu un buget ref\u0103cut, elimin\u00e2nd cele peste 500 de angaj\u0103ri prev\u0103zute ini\u021bial. Hora\u021biu Cosma spune c\u0103, astfel, s-au economisit 75 de milioane de lei, dintre care peste 56 de milioane vin doar din cheltuieli salariale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201eMinisterul Transporturilor nu s-a opus \u00eent\u0103ririi echipelor din teritoriu acolo unde exist\u0103 nevoi reale. Alegerea de a elimina toate aceste posturi a apar\u021binut domnului Pistol. Ne a\u0219tept\u0103m ca activitatea CNAIR s\u0103 nu aib\u0103 de suferit\u201d, a declarat Hora\u021biu Cosma, secretar de stat al Ministerului Transporturilor, \u00eentr-o postare pe&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/horatiucosmalucian\/posts\/pfbid0JY7R58sqXsKbXU56EdFRSsDXK65nwyHSneMxX7wLh7gsSNVtD8pQLpnkWPKuDgJwl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Facebook<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pistol: Cinci oameni \u00een plus \u00een ultimii \u0219ase ani<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Reac\u021bia lui Cristian Pistol, director al CNAIR, prezint\u0103 situa\u021bia angaja\u021bilor la compania de stat. \u00cen 2019, CNAIR avea 6.916 salaria\u021bi, iar ast\u0103zi are cu cinci oameni \u00een plus, ajung\u00e2nd la 6.921. \u00centre timp, re\u021beaua de drumuri a Rom\u00e2niei a crescut cu 564 de kilometri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201eCine cunoa\u0219te domeniul \u0219tie ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 asta: desz\u0103pezire, interven\u021bii, siguran\u021b\u0103 rutier\u0103, echipe specializate de operare a tunelurilor, 24 de ore din 24. (\u2026) Am spus-o \u0219i o repet: la resursele actuale, compania este subdimensionat\u0103, iar responsabilitatea pentru consecin\u021be nu o voi purta eu, ci aceia care au blocat angajarea oamenilor\u201d, a declarat Cristian Pistol, directorul CNAIR, \u00eentr-o postare pe&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/photo\/?fbid=1002754496006025&amp;set=a.131249316489885\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Facebook<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Pistol ar fi cerut deblocarea a 518 posturi \u201edeja existente \u0219i vacante\u201d, peste 75% dintre ele fiind \u00een teritoriu, \u201e la sec\u021bii \u0219i districte de drumuri, exact acolo unde \u00eensu\u0219i secretarul de stat scria c\u0103 \u00abe nevoie real\u0103 de oameni\u00bb\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 asta pentru sistemul TollRo?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Partea \u201ecu adev\u0103rat grav\u0103\u201d pe care Cristian Pistol o semnaleaz\u0103 este aceea c\u0103 implementarea sistemului TollRo risc\u0103 s\u0103 fie am\u00e2nat\u0103. De asemenea, \u0219i Rom\u00e2nia risc\u0103 s\u0103 piard\u0103 bani prin PNRR dac\u0103 sistemul nu este activ la 1 octombrie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201eDac\u0103 la 1 octombrie TollRo nu func\u021bioneaz\u0103, Rom\u00e2nia rateaz\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 o reform\u0103 PNRR \u2014 \u0219i o rateaz\u0103 nu pe \u0219antier, ci \u00eentr-un birou din minister (\u2026).
