circula pe Drumul Jude\u021bean 102B, \u00een localitatea Drajna de Jos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen urma verific\u0103rilor efectuate, ace\u0219tia au identificat conduc\u0103torul auto ca fiind un b\u0103rbat de 50 de ani din comuna Cera\u0219u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00centruc\u00e2t emana halen\u0103 alcoolic\u0103, acesta a fost testat cu aparatul etilotest, rezultatul fiind de 0.96 mg\/l alcool pur \u00een aerul expirat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conduc\u0103torul auto a fost condus la o unitate medical\u0103 pentru recoltarea de mostre biologice de s\u00e2nge, \u00een vederea stabilirii alcoolemiei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poli\u021bi\u0219tii continu\u0103 cercet\u0103rile \u00een cadrul unui dosar penal, \u00eentocmit sub aspectul s\u0103v\u00e2r\u0219irii infrac\u021biunii de conducerea
