strada Plopului cu o alcoolemie de 0,52 mg\/l \u00een aerul expirat.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La data de 1 septembrie, \u00een jurul orei 21:26, \u00een timp ce poli\u021bi\u0219tii din cadrul Forma\u021biunii Rutiere T\u00e2rgu-Neam\u021b \u00ee\u0219i desf\u0103\u0219urau atribu\u021biile de serviciu, pe strada Plopului, din T\u00e2rgu-Neam\u021b, au oprit \u00een trafic un autoturism condus de un b\u0103rbat, de 76 de ani, din T\u00e2rgu-Neam\u021b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00centruc\u00e2t acesta emana halen\u0103 alcoolic\u0103, s-a procedat la testarea sa cu aparatul etilometru, rezultatul fiind de&nbsp;<strong>0,52 mg\/l alcool<\/strong>&nbsp;pur \u00een aerul expirat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"dosar-penal\">Dosar penal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A fost \u00eentocmit&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/monitorulneamt.ro\/\">dosar penal<\/a>&nbsp;sub aspectul s\u0103v\u00e2r\u0219irii infrac\u021biunii de conducerea unui autovehicul pe drumurile publice sub
