Subiec\u0163ii studiului au m\u00e2ncat o varietate de oleaginoase precum nuci, alune, migdale, alune de p\u0103dure, caju, fistic, nuci pecan, nuci braziliene \u015fi arahide.Toate aceste alimente protejeaz\u0103 organismul de boli de inim\u0103 \u015fi reduc riscul de moarte prematur\u0103.<br \/>\nS-a descoperit c\u0103 arahidele reduc \u00een special riscul unui atac de cord, iar nucile reduc riscul apari\u0163iei cancerului.<\/p>\n<p>Unul dintre co-autorii studiului, Dagfinn Aune, de la Imperial College London a declarat: \u201eNucile \u015fi alunele sunt bogate \u00een fibre, magneziu \u015fi gr\u0103simi polisaturate- nutrien\u0163i benefici pentru reducerea riscului de boli cardiovasculare \u015fi reducerea nivelului de colesterol.
