Ninge \u00een unele zone montane, \u00eens\u0103 nu au ap\u0103rut probleme de trafic. Mai abundent ninge \u00een jude\u0163ul Cluj, pe autostrada <strong>A3<\/strong> Turda &#8211; Gil\u0103u. Nu s-a depus z\u0103pad\u0103 pe partea carosabil\u0103, dar conduc\u0103torii auto trebuie s\u0103 adapteze viteza, deoarece vizibilitatea scade sub 100 de metri (din cauza ninsorii).<\/p>\n<p>Av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere <strong>aten\u021bionarea cu cod galben<\/strong> referitoare la precipita\u0163ii sub form\u0103 de ninsoare \u015fi la v\u00e2nt puternic emis\u0103 de Administra\u0163ia Na\u0163ional\u0103 de Meteorologie, valabil\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 m\u00e2ine la ora 10:00 <em>(<\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.meteoromania.ro\/anm\/?page_id=92\">http:\/\/www.meteoromania.ro\/anm\/?page_id=927<\/a>), le recomand\u0103m conduc\u0103torilor auto s\u0103 circule prudent, cu vitez\u0103 adaptat\u0103 condi\u0163iilor meteo-rutiere, s\u0103 nu ac\u0163ioneze brusc mecanismele de direc\u0163ie \u015fi fr\u00e2nare \u015fi s\u0103 utilizeze cu prec\u0103dere fr\u00e2na de motor pe sectoarele de drum cu carosabil alunecos. Aten\u0163ion\u0103m, de asemenea, c\u0103 pe drumurile acoperite cu z\u0103pad\u0103, ghea\u0163\u0103 sau polei anvelopele de iarn\u0103 sunt obligatorii.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen jude\u021bul Gala\u021bi, pe <strong>DN25<\/strong> Gala\u021bi \u2013 Tecuci, este restric\u0163ionat\u0103 circula\u0163ia autovehiculelor cu masa total\u0103 maxim\u0103 autorizat\u0103 mai mare de 7,5 tone \u00eentre localit\u0103\u021bile \u0218endreni \u0219i Hanu Conachi, fiind impus\u0103 \u015fi restric\u0163ie de vitez\u0103 de 50 km\/h. Tronsonul de drum a fost afectat de inunda\u0163ii \u00een luna octombrie.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen jude\u0163ul Olt, este restric\u0163ionat\u0103 circula\u021bia autovehiculelor cu masa total\u0103 maxim\u0103 autorizat\u0103 mai mare de 7,5 tone pe <strong>DN64 <\/strong>G\u0103neasa \u2013 R\u00e2mnicu V\u00e2lcea, \u00eentre kilometrii 34+000 \u0219i 40+915 metri, din cauza unor degrad\u0103ri ap\u0103rute la podul de la kilometrul 35+900 de metri, situat peste Valea Negri\u0219oara (comuna G\u0103neasa). Traficul greu se desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103 deviat, pe ruta <strong><em>DN65 G\u0103neasa \u2013Salcia, DJ677 Salcia \u2013Ple\u0219oiu (DN64).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00cen jude\u021bul Buz\u0103u, pe <strong>DN10<\/strong> <strong>Buz\u0103u \u2013 Bra\u0219ov,<\/strong> din cauza lucr\u0103rilor care se execut\u0103 la viaductul St\u00e2nca Teher\u0103u, \u00een zona Siriu (\u00eentre kilometrii 85+534 \u0219i 86+948), circula\u0163ia autovehiculelor cu masa total\u0103 maxim\u0103 autorizat\u0103 mai mare de 7,5 tone r\u0103m\u00e2ne restric\u0163ionat\u0103. Este instituit\u0103 \u015fi restric\u0163ie de vitez\u0103 de 10 km\/h. Ruta ocolitoare pentru traficul greu este <strong><em>DN1B<\/em><\/strong><em> Buz\u0103u \u2013 Ploie\u015fti, <strong>DN1A <\/strong>Ploie\u015fti \u2013 Cheia \u2013 S\u0103cele, <strong>DN1<\/strong> S\u0103cele \u2013 Bra\u015fov.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00cen jude\u0163ul Prahova, pe <strong>DN1, <\/strong>\u00een zona localit\u0103\u0163ii Cornu, la km 98+300 de metri, din cauza surp\u0103rii acostamentului pe o lungime de aproximativ 25 \u2013 30 de metri, traficul rutier este restric\u0163ionat pe prima band\u0103 a sensului de mers Bra\u015fov \u2013 Ploie\u015fti, fiind instituit\u0103 \u0219i restric\u0163ie de vitez\u0103. Circula\u0163ia nu este afectat\u0103, \u00een zon\u0103 drumul fiind alc\u0103tuit din c\u00e2te dou\u0103 benzi pe sens.<\/p>\n<p>Pe\u00a0<strong>DN13C<\/strong>, pe sectorul V\u00e2n\u0103tori (jude\u0163ul Mure\u015f) &#8211; Cristuru Secuiesc (jude\u0163ul Harghita), este restric\u0163ionat\u0103 circula\u021bia autovehiculelor cu masa total\u0103 maxim\u0103 autorizat\u0103 mai mare de 10 tone, din cauza unui pode\u0163 avariat de o viitur\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Tot din cauza unui pod avariat de o viitur\u0103, \u00een jude\u0163ul Suceava, traficul greu (autovehiculele cu masa total\u0103 maxim\u0103 autorizat\u0103 mai mare de 7,5 tone) este restric\u0163ionat pe <strong>DN17A<\/strong>, pe tronsonul Vatra Moldovi\u0163ei &#8211; Cium\u00e2rna (\u00eentre kilometrii 23 \u015fi 27).<\/p>\n<p>Restric\u0163ii pentru traficul greu exist\u0103 \u015fi \u00een jude\u0163ul Vrancea, pe drumurile na\u0163ionale secundare <strong>DN2M<\/strong> (Andreia\u015fu de Jos &#8211; 7,5 tone) \u015fi <strong>DN2N<\/strong> (Chiojnedeni &#8211; Vintileasca &#8211; 12 tone, respectiv 3,5 tone la Jitia), din cauza alunec\u0103rilor de teren.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cencep\u00e2nd cu data de 1 noiembrie 2016, au fost \u00eenchise c\u00e2teva tronsoane ale unor drumuri na\u0163ionale (care se \u00eencadreaz\u0103 la nivelul IV de viabilitate sau conform regulamentelor de func\u0163ionare) pentru perioada de iarn\u0103.
