Conduc\u0103torii auto sunt sf\u0103tui\u021bi s\u0103 manifeste \u00een\u021belegere fa\u021b\u0103 de situa\u021bia creat\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 respecte indica\u021biile poli\u021bi\u0219tilor rutieri prezen\u021bi la fa\u021ba locului.<\/p>\n<p>Pe mai multe artere rutiere importante din jude\u021bul <strong>Constan\u021ba<\/strong>, circula\u021bia se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 la aceast\u0103 \u00eengreunat, \u00een condi\u021bii de cea\u021b\u0103 dens\u0103. Fenomenul este prezent pe autostrada <strong>A4<\/strong> Ovidiu \u2013 Agigea, pe <strong>DN2A<\/strong> Constan\u021ba \u2013 Slobozia \u0219i <strong>DN39<\/strong> Constan\u021ba \u2013 Mangalia (pe aceste artere exist\u0103 tronsoane cu vizibilitatea redus\u0103, pe alocuri, sub 50 de metri). Cea\u021b\u0103 exist\u0103 \u0219i pe por\u021biunea Fete\u0219ti \u2013 Constan\u021ba a <strong>Autostr\u0103zii Soarelui<\/strong>, \u00eens\u0103 vizibilitatea nu este at\u00e2t de redus\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere cele men\u0163ionate, sf\u0103tuim conduc\u0103torii auto s\u0103 adopte o conduit\u0103 preventiv\u0103 pe toat\u0103 durata deplas\u0103rii pe drumurile publice. Anterior, din cauza lucr\u0103rilor care se execut\u0103 la viaductul St\u00e2nca Teher\u0103u, \u00eentre kilometrii 85+534 \u0219i 86+948 era restric\u0163ionat\u0103 circula\u0163ia autovehiculelor cu masa total\u0103 maxim\u0103 autorizat\u0103 mai mare de 7,5 tone.
