Av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere dificultatea acestui traseu (multiple curbe periculoase \u015fi altitudinea ridicat\u0103), viteza maxim\u0103 de circula\u0163ie pe sectorul de drum men\u0163ionat este de 30 km\/h. Accesul pe acest tronson de drum este permis doar autovehiculelor cu tonaj mai mic sau egal de 7,5 t\u201c, se arat\u0103 \u00eentr-un document al CNAIR.<\/p>\n<p>Redeschiderea circula\u0163iei pe Transalpina, bucuria cabanierilor<\/p>\n<p>Transalpina, denumit\u0103 \u015fi &#8220;Drumul Regelui&#8221; face leg\u0103tura \u00eentre Transilvania \u015fi Oltenia, fiind foarte c\u0103utat de turi\u015fti. Drumul ajunge \u00een Pasul Urdele la o \u00een\u0103l\u0163ime de 2145 de metri.<\/p>\n<p>Constantin P\u0103nescu, pre\u015fedintele Asocia\u0163iei Concesionarilor din R\u00e2nca, a spus c\u0103 redeschiderea circula\u0163iei reprezint\u0103 o gur\u0103 de oxigen pentru proprietarii de spa\u0163ii de cazare:<\/p>\n<p>\u201eRedeschiderea circuila\u0163iei reprezint\u0103 o gur\u0103 de aer nu doar pentru R\u00e2nca, dar \u015fi pentru to\u0163i ce care dispun de structuri de care de-a lungul Transalpinei, adic\u0103 de la Benge\u015fti \u015fi p\u00e2n\u0103 la Sebe\u015f. Nu doar R\u00e2nca profit\u0103 de redeschiderea circula\u0163iei, ci \u015fi \u00eentreg lan\u0163ul de structuri de cazare\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>O noutate o reprezint\u0103 cre\u015fterea tonajului autovehiculelor care pot circula pe Transalpina de la 3,5 tone la \u015fapte tone. \u201eAceast\u0103 m\u0103sur\u0103 nu ajut\u0103 prea mult, pentru c\u0103 microbuzele p\u00e2n\u0103 la 17 persoane au p\u00e2n\u0103 la 3,5 tone.
