Aceasta este data la care, \u00een anul 1996, cele \u0219ase \u021b\u0103ri riverane M\u0103rii Negre, respectiv Bulgaria, Georgia, Rom\u00e2nia, Rusia, Turcia \u0219i Ucraina, au semnat Planul Strategic de Ac\u021biune pentru Marea Neagr\u0103, document ce con\u021bine cel mai complet set de strategii \u0219i m\u0103suri pentru salvarea \u0219i reabilitarea M\u0103rii Negre.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Marea Neagr\u0103 este o mare intercontinental\u0103, \u00eentre Europa \u0219i Asia, cu o suprafa\u021b\u0103 de 413.488 kmp, f\u0103r\u0103 Marea Azov, care \u00eei apar\u021bine \u0219i care are o suprafa\u021b\u0103 de 38.000 kmp. Are o ad\u00e2ncime maxim\u0103 de 2.245 m \u0219i scald\u0103 \u021b\u0103rmul Rom\u00e2niei pe o lungime de 234 km, potrivit &#8221;Enciclopediei Geografice a Rom\u00e2niei&#8221;, volum coordonat de Dan Ghinea. Pe \u021b\u0103rmurile ei se g\u0103sesc \u0219ase \u021b\u0103ri: Bulgaria \u0219i Rom\u00e2nia \u00een vest, Ucraina \u00een nord, Federa\u021bia Rus\u0103 \u00een nord-est, Georgia \u00een est \u0219i Turcia \u00een sud.<\/p>\n<p>Fiind o mare tipic interioar\u0103, Marea Neagr\u0103 depinde \u00een mare m\u0103sur\u0103 de propriul bazin de acumulare a apei, prin care curg o mul\u021bime de fluvii, printre care Dun\u0103rea, Nipru, Nistru, Kizil-Irmak \u0219i altele. Are o salinitate sc\u0103zut\u0103. Principala cauz\u0103 a desaliniz\u0103rii M\u0103rii Negre este marele volum de ap\u0103 dulce care ajunge \u00een ea \u0219i volumul limitat de ap\u0103 s\u0103rat\u0103 din Marea Mediteran\u0103 ce p\u0103trunde prin str\u00e2mtorile Bosfor \u0219i Dardanele. Speciile de pe\u0219ti cele mai r\u0103sp\u00e2ndite sunt: guvidul, chefalul, morunul, scrumbia, r\u00e2ndunica de mare, p\u0103l\u0103mida, hamsia, calcanul, precum \u0219i al\u021bi pe\u0219ti r\u0103pitori, printre care o specie de rechini, de mici dimensiuni.<\/p>\n<p>Marea Neagr\u0103 este o important\u0103 cale navigabil\u0103, leg\u00e2nd regiunile riverane cu Marea Mediteran\u0103 \u0219i, prin aceasta, cu Oceanul Planetar.
