Cu usturoi poti face o supa care iti sustine imunitatea si regleaza tranzitul intestinal. Consumul de usturoi este indicat mai ales daca te confrunti cu prezenta viermilor intestinali sau anumite afectiuni printre care diabetul, depresia sau chiar si tifosul. Il gasesti cu usurinta pe rafturile magazinelor atat sub forma cruda (cea mai sanatoasa de altfel), cat si sub forma uscata, praf sau granulat. Atunci cand il alegi in stare cruda, este indicat ca dupa zdrobire sa nu treaca mai mult de 5-10 minute pana la consumare. Amidonul se desface \u00een pu\u0163ina apa si se toarna \u00een oala. Se mai lasa la fiert 10 minute.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00cen margarina topita se pun crutoanele la prajit.
