Facem la fel pentru poliomielit\u0103, pentru malarie sau tuberculoz\u0103. Credem c\u0103 siguran\u0163a rutier\u0103 ar trebui tratat\u0103 la fel&#8221;, a declarat Ben Welle, co-autorul raportului \u015fi asociat la World Resources Institute.<\/p>\n<p>Impunerea unor limite de vitez\u0103, asigurarea c\u0103 vehiculele respect\u0103 normele tehnice \u015fi construirea de trotuare, sensuri giratorii \u015fi piste de biciclete pot ajuta la reducerea accidentelor, subliniaz\u0103 autorii raportului, care au sf\u0103tuite statele s\u0103 stabileasc\u0103 \u0163inte pe termen lung pentru reducerea la zero a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/evz.ro\/micapublicitate\">deces<\/a>elor provocate de accidente rutiere.<\/p>\n<div id=\"ado300ap2\">\n<div id=\"zvholder\">\n<p>Raportul arat\u0103 c\u0103 persoanele s\u0103race sunt mai vulnerabile la accidentele rutiere, \u00een condi\u0163iile \u00een care aproximativ 90% din\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/evz.ro\/micapublicitate\">deces<\/a>ele provocate de accidente rutiere au loc \u00een \u0163\u0103rile cu venituri mici \u015fi medii. \u00cen schimb, rata\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/evz.ro\/micapublicitate\">deces<\/a>elor \u00een \u0163\u0103ri care au adoptat sisteme de siguran\u0163\u0103 complete precum Suedia \u015fi Olanda a sc\u0103zut la 3-4\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/evz.ro\/micapublicitate\">deces<\/a>e la 100.000 de locuitori, comparativ cu 24 de\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/evz.ro\/micapublicitate\">deces<\/a>e la 100.000 \u00een \u0163\u0103rile s\u0103race.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Siguran\u0163a rutier\u0103 a fost v\u0103zut\u0103 ca un lux pe care doar \u0163\u0103rile bogate \u015fi-l pot permite, chiar dac\u0103 realitatea arat\u0103 c\u0103 doar 1-3% din bugetul de transportat al unei \u0163\u0103ri poate avea un impact semnificativ asupra siguran\u0163ei rutiere&#8221;, subliniaz\u0103 Anna Bray Sharpin, un alt autor al raportului.
