Pu\u021bini sunt cei care au acces pe aceast\u0103 \u0219osea \u00een anotimul rece.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103 a anului, \u015foseaua este complet acoperit\u0103 de z\u0103pad\u0103, cu greu se mai pot observa c\u00e2teva semne de circula\u0163ie sau podurile de peste v\u0103i. Astfel, Transf\u0103g\u0103r\u0103\u0219an este aproape de nerecunoscut.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cum a fost construit Transf\u0103g\u0103r\u0103\u0219an?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Povestea drumului a \u00eenceput la ini\u021biativa lui Ceau\u0219escu \u00een urm\u0103 cu mai bine de 35 de ani. Speriat de invazia Cehoslovaciei din 1968 de c\u0103tre trupele sovietice \u0219i u\u0219urin\u021ba cu care puteau fi blocate sau atacate trecerile existente \u00eentre Transilvania \u0219i Muntenia, Ceausescu a gr\u0103bit construirea \u201cTransf\u0103g\u0103r\u0103\u0219anului\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Militarii au fost \u015fi cei care au lucrat cel mai mult, din martie 1970, p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een septembrie 1974, la acest drum, iar eforturile au fost consistente. Cifrele oficiale arat\u0103 c\u0103 \u00een ace\u0219ti patru ani, 40 de militari au sf\u00e2r\u0219it sub st\u00e2nci, dar se pare c\u0103 num\u0103rul mor\u021bilor este mult mai mare.
