{"id":3381,"date":"2015-07-13T08:47:40","date_gmt":"2015-07-13T08:47:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/realitatearutiera.ro\/?p=3381"},"modified":"2015-07-13T08:47:40","modified_gmt":"2015-07-13T08:47:40","slug":"anxietatea-un-efect-al-evenimentelor-traumatice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/realitatearutiera.ro\/?p=3381","title":{"rendered":"Anxietatea, un efect al evenimentelor traumatice"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Caracteristica principala a anxietatii este sentimentul de frica sau\/si ganduri cronice (constante), repetitive, de ingrijorare, care reprezinta un element de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sfatulmedicului.ro\/dictionar-medical\/stres_2435\">stres<\/a> pentru persoana respectiva si care interfereaza cu activitatile din viata sa.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen momentul \u00een care sunte\u0163i anxios, resim\u0163i\u0163i o serie de modific\u0103ri:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>la nivel cognitiv:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00eengrijorare, preocup\u0103ri intense;<\/li>\n<li><strong>la nivel emo\u0163ional:<\/strong>\u00a0team\u0103, nelini\u015fte, iritabilitate;<\/li>\n<li><strong>la nivel fiziologic:<\/strong>\u00a0tremur\u0103turi, agita\u0163ie, tensiune muscular\u0103, transpira\u0163ie, respira\u0163ie scurt\u0103 \u015fi rapid\u0103,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.paxonline.ro\/?q=glossary\/6#term17\">palpita\u0163ii<\/a>, m\u00e2ini reci \u015fi umede, gur\u0103 uscat\u0103, puseuri de c\u0103ldur\u0103 sau fiori reci, stare de r\u0103u, grea\u0163\u0103, senza\u0163ie de gol \u00een stomac,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.paxonline.ro\/?q=glossary\/6#term133\">insomnie<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>la nivel comportamental:<\/strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.paxonline.ro\/?q=glossary\/6#term231\">evaziune<\/a>, evitare, fug\u0103, procrastinare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Reac\u0163ia de &#8220;fug\u0103 sau lupt\u0103&#8221; este util\u0103 pe termen scurt, \u00een special atunci c\u00e2nd pericolul poate fi\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.paxonline.ro\/?q=glossary\/6#term230\">evitat<\/a>\u00a0prin efort fizic.
