Pentru tineri (18 \u2013 25 ani) se recomand\u0103 \u00eentre 7 \u0219i 9 ore de somn, adul\u021bii (26 \u2013 64 ani) \u00eentre 7 \u0219i 9 ore de somn pe zi, iar pentru persoanele trecute de 65 de ani sunt considerate suficiente 7-8 ore de somn.
