Cel mai probabil, la \u00eenceputul anului viitor se va afla numele companiei care va livra cele 26 de troleibuze care fac obiectul licita\u0163iei. Suma pus\u0103 la b\u0103taie este de 78 de milioane de lei, iar cea mai mare parte a fondurile provin de la Bruxelles \u015fi sunt asigurate prin Programul Operational Regional. Principalul factor al atribuirii va fi raportul calitate-pre\u0163, cu factorul cel mai bun de evaluare pentru perioada de garan\u0163ie. Compania polonez\u0103 a livrat troleibuze \u00een toat\u0103 Europa, iar \u00een aceast\u0103 var\u0103 a c\u00e2\u015ftigat deja un contract la Cluj pentru 50 de vehicule Solaris Trollino articulate. Contractul semnat \u00eentre Prim\u0103ria Cluj-Napoca \u015fi Solaris este de 123 de milioane de lei, iar un troleibuz cost\u0103 2.466.000 de lei, f\u0103r\u0103 TVA. La fel ca \u00een cazul Bra\u015fovului, investi\u0163ia de la Cluj este realizat\u0103 \u00een cea mai mare parte din fonduri de la Bruxelles.
