EXPER\u0162II au descoperit c\u0103 autostrada Sibiu &#8211; Or\u0103\u0219tie a luat-o la vale pentru c\u0103 NU s-a CONSTRUIT FUNDA\u0162IA din piatr\u0103 SPART\u0102 care era prev\u0103zut\u0103 \u00een PROIECT.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Expertiza efectuat\u0103 pe tronsonul de autostrad\u0103 cuprins \u00eentre Sibiu \u0219i Or\u0103\u0219tie, care a luat-o la vale, a scos la iveal\u0103 lucruri foarte grave. Drumul nu are funda\u021bie iar umpluturile sunt realizate din materiale de slab\u0103 calitate.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Trebuia s\u0103 fie trei metri de piatr\u0103 dar nu este<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rambleul drumului, sus\u021bin speciali\u0219tii, este format dintr-un strat de piatr\u0103 sparta, tasat\u0103, peste care se toarn\u0103 un strat de beton stabilizat \u0219i apoi straturle de asfalt. Concluziia exper\u021bilor este una grav\u0103, pentru care DNA ar trebui s\u0103 se autosesize: stratul de piatr\u0103 spart\u0103 nu a fost g\u0103sit.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen proiectul aprobat de CNADNR se prevede c\u0103: <strong>\u201drambleul a fost prev\u0103zut a fi executat din umplutur\u0103 de balast armat cu geogrile a\u0219ezate pe o saltea din piatr\u0103 spart\u0103, armat\u0103 cu geogrile, cu grosimea de trei metri\u201d<\/strong>. Expertiza are concluzii \u0219ocante, stratul de trei metri de piatr\u0103 spart\u0103 nu a fost g\u0103sit, \u00een schimb a fost decontat, sus\u021bin cei de la CNADNR.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen locul acestui strat de piatr\u0103 spart\u0103 \u0219i a celui de balast stabilizat, exper\u021bii au g\u0103sit<strong>\u201dpietri\u0219uri cu bolov\u0103ni\u0219 \u0219i nisipuri pr\u0103foase, cu grosimi de \u0219ase &#8211; \u0219apte metri\u201d. \u201d\u00cen cadrul acestuia nu a putut fi eviden\u021biat stratul rutier de balast stabilizat, prev\u0103zut \u00een proiect cu grosimea de 20 cm.
