Prea mult\u0103 gr\u0103sime la nivelul ficatului poart\u0103 denumirea de steatoz\u0103 hepatic\u0103 sau ficatul gras, care \u00een timp duce la alterarea func\u0163iei ficatului \u015fi celulei hepatice\u201c, explic\u0103 dr. Ioan Florin B\u0103l\u0103nic\u0103, expert \u00een medicina stilului de via\u0163\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Steatoza hepatic\u0103<\/strong> se \u00eenso\u0163e\u015fte de o stare de inflama\u0163ie, are mai multe grade \u015fi afecteaz\u0103 aproximativ 30% din popula\u0163ia european\u0103 \u015fi din SUA, inciden\u0163a fiind mai mare \u00een r\u00e2ndul b\u0103rba\u0163ilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Steatoza poate fi alcoolic\u0103 \u00een care principal cauz\u0103 este consumul exagerat de alcool \u015fi nonalcoolic\u0103, unde, cauzele incriminate sunt: obezitatea, diabetul, dislipidemiile, consumul anumitor medicamente sau sarcina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sc\u0103derea poftei de m\u00e2ncare sau, dimpotriv\u0103, cre\u015fterea apetitului, durerile abdominale, sc\u0103derea \u00een greutate, sl\u0103biciunea, starea de confuzie pot fi tot at\u00e2tea semne de manifestare al e steatozei hepatice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u201e\u00cen cazul \u00een care nu prevenim sau nu trat\u0103m boala, ea evolueaz\u0103 de la stadiul I la stadiul al III-lea cu inflama\u0163ia ficatului, dup\u0103 care apare ciroza hepatic\u0103 \u2013 fibroza &#8211; \u015fi, \u00een cele din urm\u0103, cancerul hepatic\u201c, mai spune medicul. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cum \u015fi de ce ajungem la steatoz\u0103 hepatic\u0103 ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/adevarul.ro\/assets\/adevarul.ro\/MRImage\/2011\/09\/23\/50aa63a67c42d5a6637c65c4\/646x404.jpg?resize=397%2C247&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"397\" height=\"247\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e\u00cen momentul \u00een care aportul de carbohidra\u0163i sau\/\u015fi gr\u0103sime este mai mare dec\u00e2t consumul, m\u00e2nc\u0103m dup\u0103 ora 20.00, sau\/\u015fi consum\u0103m alcool \u015fi dulciuri \u00een timpul mesei sau dup\u0103, vom depune gr\u0103sime la nivelul ficatului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eCorpul uman nu poate depozita zah\u0103r sau carbohidra\u0163i, iar dac\u0103 consumul este mai mare dec\u00e2t necesit\u0103\u0163ile fiziologice, depune glicogen la nivelul mu\u015fchilor \u015fi ficatului. \u00cen cazul in care acest obicei alimentar continu\u0103 \u015fi nu facem nici activitate fizic\u0103, glicogenul din ficat se transform\u0103 \u00een gr\u0103sime \u015fi de aici steatoza hepatic\u0103.\u201c <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Totodat\u0103, o alt\u0103 modalitate de a ajunge la ficatul gras este consumul de alcool, concomitent cu m\u00e2ncarea gras\u0103. \u00cen ficat, aceea\u015fi enzim\u0103 metabolizeaz\u0103 at\u00e2t alcoolul c\u00e2t \u015fi gr\u0103simea, a\u015fa c\u0103 primul luat \u00een calcul este alcoolul, iar gr\u0103simea este depus\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201c Nutri\u0163ie adaptat\u0103.
