Goga, un \u015fofer \u00een v\u00e2rst\u0103 de 26 de ani, sibian, 0,99 mg\/l alcool pur \u00een aerul expirat, a intrat in coliziune cu 3 auto parcate \u015fi un st\u00e2lp pe care l-a dobor\u00e2t.
