Plonjezi \u00eentr-o lume pe care nu \u0163i-ai fi imaginat-o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Iahnie de caracati\u0163\u0103 \u015fi unt de raci pe mesele rom\u00e2nilor \u00een trecut<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u0103 se f\u0103ceau&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.csid.ro\/diet-sport\/dieta-si-nutritie\/dulceata-si-gem-din-romania-prea-mult-zahar-si-prea-multi-aditivi-17558836\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dulce\u0163uri \u015fi peltele din toate felurile<\/a>&nbsp;de citrice \u015fi fructe exotice, poate era de a\u015fteptat, dar c\u0103 fructele de mare erau prezente \u00een cantit\u0103\u0163i importante, c\u0103 erau mese de pe care iahnia de caracati\u0163\u0103 nu lipsea, poate c\u0103 nu v-a trecut niciodat\u0103 prin cap!<br>Racii, de exemplu, erau farfurii, \u00een toate formele posibile: supa de raci, unt de raci, sos de raci, toc\u0103tur\u0103 de raci, umplutur\u0103 de raci, m\u00e2nc\u0103ric\u0103 de raci, pilaf de raci, salat\u0103 de raci, un\u015fi, fier\u0163i, praji\u0163i,&nbsp; marina\u0163i, cotlete de raci etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3 secole de gastronomie &#8211; autoarele au lucrat 3 ani la carte<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Idea acestei c\u0103r\u0163i \u00eei apar\u0163ine lui Alexandru Consulea, Pre\u015fedintele Asocia\u0163iei pentru restaurarea Gastronomiei Rom\u00e2ne iar Daniela Ulieriu \u015fi Doina Popescu au s\u0103pat prin biblioteci \u015fi arhive, au c\u0103utat prin sertare \u015fi vie\u0163i, au vorbit cu doamne din cel\u0103lalt secol \u015fi au identificat multe scrieri de gen, peste 60 de c\u0103r\u0163i \u015fi manuscrise gastronomice, cele mai multe complet uitate. Cine sunt autoarele?
