Pacien\u0163ii nu sunt sf\u0103tui\u0163i s\u0103 dep\u0103\u015feasc\u0103 dozele necesare zilnic recomandate de exper\u0163ii \u00een domeniu. \u00cen cazul \u00een care acestea trebuie adaptate unor situa\u0163ii particulare, pacientul trebuie s\u0103 consulte medicul pentru a evita aparitia unor reac\u0163ii adverse\u201d, spune specialistul. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce probleme apar c\u00e2nd avem deficit de vitamine \u00een organism: \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>Vitamina A.<\/strong> Dac\u0103 organismul duce lips\u0103 de vitamina A, atunci este posibil s\u0103 apar\u0103 probleme oftalmologice sau epiteliale. Surse importante de vitamina A sunt conopida, ro\u015fiile, ficatul, g\u0103lbenu\u015ful de ou, pe\u015ftele, broccoli, morcovii, laptele, br\u00e2nza etc. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vitamine din complexul B<\/strong>. Lipsa acestora din corp se manifest\u0103 prin oboseal\u0103 muscular\u0103, sl\u0103biciune, tulbur\u0103ri mentale, iritabilitate, depresie, insomnie, etc. Surse importante de vitamina B sunt nucile, semin\u0163ele, cerealele integrale, fasolea, maz\u0103rea, lintea. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0 <strong>Vitamina C<\/strong>. Caren\u0163a de vitamina C produce oboseal\u0103, dureri articulare, carii dentare, etc. Cele mai bune surse de vitamina C sunt coac\u0103zele, c\u0103p\u015funile, citricele, ardeiul ro\u015fu \u015fi verde, varza, conopida, ro\u015fiile \u015fi spanacul. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vitamina D.<\/strong> Lipsa vitaminei D \u00een organism favorizeaz\u0103 apari\u0163ia rahitismului. Alte manifestari care apar pe deficit de vitamina D sunt spasmofilia, problemele stomatologice \u015fi decalcifierea oaselor. Alimenta\u0163ia trebuie s\u0103 fie bogat\u0103 \u00een pe\u015fte, ficat, g\u0103lbenu\u015f de ou, lactate. \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vitamina E.<\/strong> Dac\u0103 organismului \u00eei lipse\u015fte vitamina E, atunci sunt afecta\u0163i mu\u015fchii, sistemul nervos \u015fi circular. Regimul alimentar trebuie s\u0103 con\u0163in\u0103 \u0163elin\u0103, spanac, morcovi, p\u0103trunjel, soia, ciuperci, pe\u015fte, cereale integrale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0 <strong>Acidul folic.<\/strong> \u00cen special femeile \u00eens\u0103rcinate sau care al\u0103pteaz\u0103 au mare nevoie de acid folic. Caren\u0163a acestuia provoac\u0103 insuficien\u0163e gastrice \u015fi tulbur\u0103ri hepatice.
