Un alt subterfugiu, la care aceasta societate a recurs pentru subevaluarea ofertei, cu sau fara consimtamantul autoritatii contractante, a fost ofertarea unui pret denaturant la pavelele ce urmeaza a fi montate pe trotuare. Desi Primaria municipiului Iasi a impus achizitionarea unor<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><strong style=\"text-align: justify; color: #333333; text-transform: none; line-height: 20px; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: underline; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; widows: 1; background-color: #ffffff; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;\">pavele<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font: 15px\/20px 'Open Sans', sans-serif; text-align: justify; color: #333333; text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; word-spacing: 0px; float: none; display: inline !important; white-space: normal; widows: 1; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; background-color: #ffffff; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;\">cu dimensiunile 238x118x60 mm, care se produc doar la Arad, Splai Bahlui Mal Stang este presarat cu paleti plini cu pavele care nu corespund dimensiunilor impuse de municipalitate, avand 210x135x60 si care sunt produse, culmea, la Suceava. Costurile pentru transportarea pavelelor cu dimensiunile corecte de la Arad ar fi depasit cu mult costul de procurare ale acestora, iar astfel, Victor Construct a considerat ca e mult mai indicat sa apeleze la &#8220;scheme&#8221; pentru a mai scuti primaria de plata unor bani in plus. Intrebarea fireasca este, oare ce se intampla cu acei bani ramasi, odata ce proiectul pus la dispozitie de cei de la Palatul Roznovanu nu inseamna absolut nimic pentru aceasta firma din Botosani.
