{"id":56119,"date":"2019-10-29T11:56:32","date_gmt":"2019-10-29T09:56:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/realitatearutiera.ro\/?p=56119"},"modified":"2019-10-29T11:57:07","modified_gmt":"2019-10-29T09:57:07","slug":"56119","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/realitatearutiera.ro\/?p=56119","title":{"rendered":"Cum afli norma de poluare a ma\u015finii tale \u2013 \u00eenainte s\u0103 pl\u0103te\u015fti o amend\u0103 pentru Taxa Oxigen"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Introducerea Taxei Oxigen \u00een Bucure\u0219ti \u00een &nbsp;2020 a provocat deja o stare de confuzie printre \u015foferi pentru c\u0103 mul\u0163i dintre ace\u015ftia nu \u015ftiu ce norm\u0103 de poluare are autoturismul pe care \u00eel de\u0163in.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Registrul Auto Rom\u00e2n a publicat o serie de date pentru ca toat\u0103 lumea s\u0103 \u00een\u0163eleag\u0103 ce este cu clasificarea Euro \u015fi unde poate fi aceasta g\u0103sit\u0103 pe cartea de identitate a ma\u015finii. \u00cen primul r\u00e2nd trebuie s\u0103 \u015ftim c\u0103 norma de poluare a vehiculului este consemnat\u0103 \u00een cartea de identitate a acestuia (CIV).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru c\u0103 exist\u0103 mai multe tipuri de c\u0103r\u021bi de identitate iat\u0103 cum arat\u0103 dispunerea grafic\u0103 pe CIV a normei de poluare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cum afli norma de poluare a ma\u015finii tale<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen cartea de identitate (CIV) de tip nou, norma de poluare poate fi identificat\u0103 \u00een dou\u0103 locuri:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 la punctul 6 \u2013 Num\u0103r national de registru \u2013 \u00een \u0219irul de caractere, ultimele dou\u0103 reprezint\u0103 norma Euro;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 la punctul 17 \u2013 Cod na\u021bional de emisii \u2013 aici se reg\u0103sesc doar caracterele care indic\u0103 norma Euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i1.wp.com\/www.auto-bild.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/17-1024x724.jpg?resize=800%2C566&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Norma de poluare CIV nou\" class=\"wp-image-173457\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen CIV de tip vechi, norma de poluare poate fi identificat\u0103 la punctul 5 \u2013 Num\u0103rul de omologare \u2013 ultimele dou\u0103 caractere din \u0219ir reprezint\u0103 norma Euro.<br>Interpretarea caracterelor consemnate \u00een CIV se face \u00een felul urm\u0103tor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Euro 6<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 E6, R6, T6;<br><strong>Euro 5<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 E5, R5, RE, T5, H5;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Euro 4<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 E4, R4, K4, T4, H4;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i1.wp.com\/www.auto-bild.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/6-1024x724.jpg?resize=800%2C566&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Norma de poluare Euro 4 \u00een CIV\" class=\"wp-image-173461\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Euro 3<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 E3, R3, T3, H3;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i1.wp.com\/www.auto-bild.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/5-1-1024x724.jpg?resize=800%2C566&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Norma de poluare Euro 3 \u00een CIV\" class=\"wp-image-173462\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Euro 2<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 E2, R2, K2, T2, H2;<br><strong>Euro 1<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 E1, R1, K1, T1, H1;<br><strong>Non-euro<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 orice alte combina\u021bii de dou\u0103 caractere alfanumerice reprezint\u0103 norma non euro;<br><strong>EE<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 pur electric.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceste exemple ale c\u0103r\u021bilor&nbsp; de identitate auto sunt furnizate de Registrul Auto Rom\u00e2n. Totu\u0219i, dac\u0103 nu sunte\u021bi siguri cu privire la norma de poluare a vehiculului , o variant\u0103 la fel de rapid\u0103 este s\u0103 folosi\u021bi aplica\u021bia Istoric vehicul, disponibil\u0103 gratuit pe site-ul&nbsp; www.rarom.ro. Astfel pute\u021bi afla, din datele existente la nivelul RAR, cum este \u00eencadrat vehiculul din punctul de vedere al emisiilor poluante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reamintim c\u0103 pe baza proiectul de hot\u0103r\u00e2re adoptat, \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu data de 01.01.2020, accesul autovehiculelor cu masa total\u0103 maxim\u0103 autorizata mai mic\u0103 de 5 tone pe arterele din Bucure\u015fti este restric\u021bionat zilnic, de luni pan\u0103 vineri, cu exceptia s\u0103rbatorilor legale, \u00een intervalul 07:00-22:00, dup\u0103 cum urmeaz\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 pentru masinile electrice, hibride sau cu norma de poluare Euro 5 \u0219i Euro 6, accesul f\u0103r\u0103 restrictii pe toate arterele;<br>\u2013 pentru cele cu norma de poluare Euro 3 \u0219i Euro 4, accesul este pemis pe toate strazile municipiului Bucure\u015fti numai \u00een urma achizi\u021bion\u0103rii unei viniete electronice Oxigen; Restric\u021bia pentru Euro 4 se aprob\u0103 din 2021.<br>\u2013 pentru cele cu norma de poluare non-Euro, Euro 1 \u0219i Euro 2, accesul este interzis \u00een Zona de Actiune pentru Calitatea Aerului (ZACA), fiind permis pentru restul arterelor din municipiul Bucure\u015fti numai \u00een urma achizi\u021bion\u0103rii unei viniete electronice Oxigen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u00e2t cost\u0103&nbsp;Taxa Oxigen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru ma\u0219inile sub Euro 3 vinieta va fi de 15 lei pe zi, iar pentru cele Euro 3 \u0219i 4 \u2013 5 lei pe zi. \u0218oferii care nu au vinieta corespunz\u0103toare vor fi sanc\u021biona\u021bi cu amenzi de la 1.500 la 2.000 de lei. Aplicarea sanc\u021biunilor va fi f\u0103cut\u0103 at\u00e2t de poli\u021bi\u0219ti \u0219i poli\u021bi\u0219ti locali, c\u00e2t \u0219i de \u201d<strong>\u00eemputernici\u021bi ai primarului general<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se define\u015fte Zona de Ac\u021biune pentru Calitatca Aerului (ZACA) \u00een perimetrul delimitat de: P-\u021ba Victoriei \u2013 bd. Iancu de Hunedoara \u2013 \u015fos. \u015etefan cel Mare str. Polon\u0103 \u2013 str. Mihai Eminescu \u2013 str. Traian bd. Nerva Traian \u2013 bd. Gheorghe \u015eincai \u2013 str. L\u00e2n\u0103riei \u2013 Calea \u015eerban Vod\u0103-bd. M\u00e4r\u00e4\u015fe\u015fti \u2013 str. Mitropolit Nifon- bd. Libert\u0103\u021bii \u2013 Calea 13 Septembrie \u015fos.Pandurilor \u0219os.Cotroceni -spl. Independentei \u2013 str. \u0218tirbei Vod\u0103 \u2013 str. Berzei str.
