Un punct de amend\u0103 este echivalentul a 10% din salariul minim (brut) pe economie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cens\u0103 remunera\u021bia a crescut considerabil \u00een ultimii ani, \u00een anul 2020 aceasta ajung\u00e2nd la 2.230 de lei. \u00centreba\u021bi, la \u00eenceputul lunii decembrie, despre continuarea plafon\u0103rii punctului de amend\u0103 la 145 de lei, reprezentan\u021bii Guvernului au r\u0103spuns c\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 nu au luat o decizie \u00een aceast\u0103 privin\u021b\u0103. Urm\u00e2nd corela\u021bia de 10%, acesta ar cre\u0219te pentru 2020 la 223 de lei, ceea ce ar fi adus o cre\u0219tere cu peste 50% a amenzilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Din fericire pentru \u0219oferi, punctul de amend\u0103 va r\u0103m\u00e2ne la valoarea de 145 \u0219i \u00een 2020. Astfel, amenzile se p\u0103streaz\u0103 la acela\u0219i nivel ca \u0219i p\u00e2n\u0103 acum, dup\u0103 cum urmeaz\u0103:&nbsp;contraven\u021biile de Clasa I (2-3 puncte) se pedepsesc cu amenzi cuprinse \u00eentre 290 \u0219i 435 de lei, urmate de cele din Clasa II (4-5 puncte): 580-725 de lei. Clasa III (6-8 puncte) de sanc\u021biuni include amenzi curpinse \u00eentre 870 \u0219i 1.160 de lei. Cel mai drastic pedepsite amenzi sunt \u00een acest moment curpinse \u00eentre 1.305 lei \u0219i 2.900 de lei. Persoanele juridice risc\u0103, \u00een acest moment, amenzi de 3.045-14.500 de lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cu aceast\u0103 ocazie, premierul a anun\u021bat \u0219i c\u0103 inten\u021bioneaz\u0103 s\u0103 schimbe modul de calcul al amenzilor rutiere \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu 2021, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t acesta s\u0103 nu reflecte salariul minim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eS-a dovedit clar c\u0103 aceast\u0103 rela\u0163ie \u00eentre punctul de amend\u0103 \u015fi salariul minim pe economie nu este solu\u0163ia care s\u0103 se poat\u0103 aplica, din moment ce an de an s-a \u00eenghe\u0163at punctul de amend\u0103.
