de lini\u015ftire, de relaxare (n.r. mental\u0103 \u015fi fizic\u0103) cu o or\u0103, p\u00e2n\u0103 la o or\u0103 \u015fi jum\u0103tate, \u00eenainte de a v\u0103 culca, \u00een care nu munci\u0163i \u015fi evita\u0163i orice activitate \u201estimulant\u0103\u201d, chiar \u015fi exerci\u0163iile fizice, opri\u0163i orice dispozitiv electronic \u015fi v\u0103 acorda\u0163i timp pentru a v\u0103
