Dincolo de calit\u0103\u0163ile sale gustative, are propriet\u0103\u0163i antiseptice \u015fi antiinflamatoare, care combat oboseala \u015fi infec\u0163iile hibernale.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mierea e alc\u0103tuit\u0103 din 82% glucide, dar \u015fi din proteine, vitamine \u015fi micronutrimente (flavonoide, minerale, antioxidan\u0163i), toate contribuind la cre\u015fterea imunit\u0103\u0163ii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe timp de iarn\u0103, mierea este cea mai bun\u0103 arm\u0103 \u00eempotriva tusei, datorit\u0103 propriet\u0103\u0163ilor sale antiseptice \u015fi bog\u0103\u0163iei de polifenoli, molecule cu efect antioxidant \u015fi regenerant. Mierea \u00eenmoaie mucoasa g\u00e2tului, iar cea de eucalipt sau de cimbru faciliteaz\u0103 respira\u0163ia \u00een caz de grip\u0103 sau r\u0103ceal\u0103, \u00eempiedic\u00e2nd \u00eenmul\u0163irea germenilor.
