Este vorba despre Mercedes-Benz. Dar cine a fost Mercedes?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Povestea a \u00eenceput cu 120 de ani \u00een urm\u0103, c\u00e2nd o fat\u0103 de 11 ani a inspirat numele companiei care avea s\u0103 devin\u0103 primul constructor de automobile din lume. Pe 2 aprilie 1900, Daimler-Motoren-Gessellschaft \u0219i-a schimbat numele complicat de scris \u0219i de pronun\u021bat \u00eentr- denumire mult mai melodioas\u0103: Mercedes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dar cine era Mercedes?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mercedes Adrienne Ramona Manuela era fiica lui Emil Jellinek, un om de afaceri austriac care tr\u0103ia la Nisa, \u00een Fran\u021ba. Jellinek achizi\u021biona vehicule de la Daimler-Motoren-Gessllschaft \u0219i le \u00eenscria \u00een curse. Modelul 35 PS a fost primul care a purtat numele cu origini spaniole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen luna martie a anului 1901, \u00een cadrul unei curse de-a lungul Rivierei Franceze, a f\u0103cut spectacol. Realizate de inginerul Wilhelm Maybach \u0219i fiul lui Gottlieb Daimler, Paul, pentru omul de afaceri austriac, cele \u0219ase astfel de modele au luat startul \u00een Nice-La Turbie \u0219i au surclasat celelalte ma\u0219ini \u00eenscrise \u00een competi\u021bie, ating\u00e2nd o vitez\u0103 maxim\u0103 de 86 km\/h. \u00eencepea era Mercedes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Din acel momet, literele \u201cMercedes\u201d scrise cu un font italic au ap\u0103rut pe grila radiatorului tuturor ma\u0219inilor produse de Daimler. Pe 23 iunie 1902, numele a devenit marc\u0103 \u00eenregistrat\u0103, iar Mercedes a devenit singurul brand auto cu nume inspirat de o femeie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se pare c\u0103 Mercedes Jellenik nici nu a avut permis de conducere, nu a condus niciodat\u0103 \u0219i nici nu a fost vreodat\u0103 pasionat\u0103 de automobile. La Salonul Auto de la Paris, tat\u0103l ei a expus un tablou cu chipul fetei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Via\u021ba trist\u0103 a lui Mercedes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e2nara care a dat numele unui brand istoric a avut o via\u021b\u0103 deloc str\u0103lucitoare. S-a c\u0103s\u0103torit \u00een 1909 la Nisa cu un t\u00e2n\u0103r baron \u0219i p\u0103rea c\u0103 astrele \u00eei sur\u00e2d. Cei doi au locuit la Viena, dar Primul R\u0103zboi Mondial le-a adus falimentul, astfel c\u0103 Mercedes a ajuns s\u0103 cer\u0219easc\u0103 pe str\u0103zi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen 1918, \u0219i-a p\u0103r\u0103sit so\u021bul \u0219i cei doi copii pentru a se c\u0103s\u0103tori cu un t\u00e2n\u0103r sculptor s\u0103rac. Mercedes a murit \u00een 1929 de cancer osos.
