{"id":637,"date":"2015-03-23T07:34:35","date_gmt":"2015-03-23T07:34:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/realitatearutiera.ro\/?p=637"},"modified":"2015-03-23T07:34:35","modified_gmt":"2015-03-23T07:34:35","slug":"soseaua-de-centura-din-bacau-se-face","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/realitatearutiera.ro\/?p=637","title":{"rendered":"Soseaua de centura din Bacau se face !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Curtea de Apel Bucure\u0219ti a dat \u00een urm\u0103 cu pu\u021bin timp\u00a0verdictul \u00een dosarul referitor la \u0219oseaua de centur\u0103 a Bac\u0103ului.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reamintim c\u0103\u00a0Astaldi SpA, membru al Asocierii Max Boegl Romania SRL- Astaldi SpA, a formulat pl\u00e2ngere contra deciziei\u00a02796\/C5\/3275 din 29 octombrie 2014 luate de Consiliul Na\u021bional de Solu\u021bionare a Contesta\u021biilor, care a stabilit drept c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103toare firma turceasc\u0103 Eko Insaat Ve Tic As.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00cen \u0219edin\u021ba de azi, Curtea de Apel Bucure\u0219ti a respins pl\u00e2ngerea Astaldi, pun\u00e2nd punct final odiseei licita\u021biei pentru \u0219oseaua de centur\u0103 a Bac\u0103ului.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u015eoseaua de centur\u0103 a Bac\u0103ului va fi lung\u0103\u00a0de 30 de kilometri \u0219i va avea dou\u0103 por\u021biuni. Una va trece pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 comuna Nicolae B\u0103lcescu, p\u00e2n\u0103 aproape de satul Bogdan Vod\u0103, iar cealalt\u0103, va porni din Nicolae B\u0103lcescu \u015fi se va intersecta cu drumul na\u0163ional Bac\u0103u-One\u015fti. Finan\u021barea se realizeaz\u0103 din fonduri externe nerambursabile, alocate de Comisia European\u0103 prin Fondul European de Dezvoltare Regional\u0103 \u0219i de la bugetul de stat.<\/p>\n<p>Contactat telefonic, <strong>Drago\u0219 Benea, pre\u0219edintele Consiliului Jude\u021bean Bac\u0103u, a declarat pentru Ziarul de Bac\u0103u<\/strong> faptul c\u0103 s-a epuizat orice cale de atac, urmeaz\u0103 semnarea contractului.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201e\u00cemi doresc s\u0103 avem parte de un constructor cu capacitate, pentru c\u0103, dup\u0103 doi ani de contesta\u021bii, m\u0103car at\u00e2t merit\u0103 acest proiect: un constructor puternic \u0219i capabil s\u0103 respecte termenele de execu\u021bie. Aceast\u0103 investi\u021bie, cuplat\u0103 cu Master Planul de Transport, \u00een care e prev\u0103zut\u0103 autostrada Bra\u0219ov-Bac\u0103u, \u0219i modernizarea aeroportului, va duce la dezvoltarea municipiului Bac\u0103u \u0219i a \u00eentregului jude\u021b. Bac\u0103ul va deveni \u00een c\u00e2\u021biva ani cel mai important centru logistic din regiunea Nord Est\u201d<\/em>, a afirmat Drago\u0219 Benea.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primarul municipiului Bac\u0103u, Romeo Stavarache<\/strong>, a amintit eforturile pentru g\u0103sirea unei finan\u021b\u0103ri a proiectului.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dSunt bucuros pentru\u00a0acest proiect, la care personal am lucrat foarte mult, at\u00e2t c\u00e2t am fost \u00een Comitetul Regiunilor Europei, dar \u0219i c\u00e2nd s-a luat decizia ca aceast\u0103 investi\u021bie s\u0103 fie introdus\u0103 la finan\u021bare pe fonduri europene, cu circa patru ani \u00een urm\u0103. Este o victorie a Bac\u0103ului c\u0103 aceast\u0103 investi\u021bie va fi realizat\u0103 din fonduri europene, s\u0103 sper\u0103m c\u0103 lucrarea va fi executat\u0103 \u00een termenul stabilit \u00een licita\u021bie \u0219i c\u0103 va fi de bun\u0103 calitate.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u0218oseaua de centur\u0103 a Bac\u0103ului a fost scoas\u0103 la licita\u021bie \u00een aprilie 2013, iar c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103torul a fost anun\u021bat \u00een noiembrie 2013. Dup\u0103 evaluarea propunerilor tehnice, \u00een curs\u0103 au r\u0103mas ca fiind conforme patru dintre cele zece firme ofertante. Restul au fost neconforme din diferite motive. <strong>Compania Eko Insaat Ve Tic As, care a avut pre\u021bul ofertat de 393,8 milioane de lei, a fost declarat\u0103 oficial c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103toare.<\/strong> \u00cen cei doi ani care au trecut, s-au f\u0103cut mai multe contesta\u021bii, finalizate, azi, cu respingerea tuturor.<\/p>\n<h4>Traseul centurii ocolitoare<\/h4>\n<p>Mai pu\u021bin cunoscut\u0103 \u00een Rom\u00e2nia,\u00a0compania turceasc\u0103 Eko Insaat Ve Tic As, are un portofoliu bogat \u00een Turcia, Bulgaria \u0219i Kazahstan.\u00a0Centura va avea peste 30 de kilometri \u0219i va pleca pe dou\u0103 axe, una de l\u00e2ng\u0103 comuna Nicolae B\u0103lcescu, din apropierea hypermarket-ului Metro, \u0219i va duce p\u00e2n\u0103 aproape de satul Bogdan Vod\u0103, din comuna S\u0103uce\u0219ti, cu o lungime de 12 kilometri, iar a doua ax\u0103 va face jonc\u021biunea la Centrul de Afaceri \u0219i Expozi\u021bii, cu o lungime de 18 kilometri.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Iat\u0103 traseul prev\u0103zut pentru \u0219oseaua de centur\u0103 a Bac\u0103ului<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><a
