R\u0103m\u00e2n\u00e2nd \u00een \u0219a, ace\u0219tia nu sunt pietoni, ci conduc\u0103tori de vehicule, deci nu au prioritate pe&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/strada-din-piatra-neamt-18601209\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">trecerea de pietoni<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Din Regulamentul de aplicare a Ordonan\u021bei de Urgen\u021b\u0103 195 din 2002 privind circula\u021bia pe drumurile publice, articolul 161, alineatul (1) arat\u0103&nbsp;&nbsp; c\u0103 \u201cse interzice conduc\u0103torilor de biciclete \u2013 liteeera o) s\u0103 traverseze drumurile publice pe trecerile destinate pietonilor, \u00een timp ce se deplaseaz\u0103 pe biciclet\u0103 sau pe moped\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cei care nu se supun normelor sunt pasibili de amend\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum traverseaz\u0103 corect bicicli\u0219tii?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ace\u0219tia sunt obliga\u021bi s\u0103 coboare de pe biciclet\u0103 la trecerile de pietoni dac\u0103 doresc s\u0103 traverseze. Unul dintre motive este faptul c\u0103 viteza de deplasare a unui biciclist este foarte mare fa\u021b\u0103 de cea a unui pieton, iar \u0219oferii nu au acela\u0219i timp la dispozi\u021bie pentru a reac\u021biona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen plus, travers\u00e2nd c\u0103lare pe biciclet\u0103,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/ford-a-inventat-geaca-cu-afisaj-led-pentru-bicilisti-video-18640080\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bicili\u0219tii<\/a>&nbsp;\u00eei pot accidenta chiar ei pe cei care se deplaseaz\u0103 pe jos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 c\u00e2nd exist\u0103 pist\u0103 de bicicli\u0219ti pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 trecerea de pietoni?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pistele pentru bicili\u0219ti marcate \u00een dreptul trecerilor de pietoni poart\u0103 denumirea de marcaje de traversare pentru biciclete.
