Potrivit conducerii RATP Iasi, planul de reorganizare a fost depus recent la Tribunalul Sindic, pentru ca regia sa poata iesi din insolventa, iar daca acest lucru nu s-ar fi intamplat, ar fi urmat procedura falimentului. In cazul noului plan de reorganizare, toti creditorii ar putea primi sume mai mari de bani fata de cat ar fi primit in cazul falimentului.
