(1) al art. 44 al Ordonan\u021bei Guvernului nr. 43\/1997 privind regimul drumurilor, republicat\u0103, cu modific\u0103rile \u0219i complet\u0103rile ulterioare,&nbsp;<strong><em>se interzice circula\u021bia vehiculelor rutiere cu masa total\u0103 maxim\u0103 admis\u0103 mai mare sau egal\u0103 cu 7,5 tone, pe segmentul R\u00e2mnicu-V\u00e2lcea \u2013 Ve\u0219tem,<\/em>&nbsp;<\/strong>dup\u0103 urm\u0103torul program:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Vineri&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;\u00eentre orele 14.00 \u2013 22.00;<\/li><li>S\u00e2mb\u0103t\u0103&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;\u00eentre orele 06.00 \u2013 22.00;<\/li><li>Duminic\u0103&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;\u00eentre&nbsp; orele 06.00 \u2013 22.00.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Sunt exceptate de la prezenta interdic\u021bie:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-vehiculele destinate exclusive transportului de personae;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-de\u021binute sau utilizate \u00een baza unui drept legal de c\u0103tre unit\u0103\u021bile Ministerului Ap\u0103r\u0103rii&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Na\u021bionale;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-de\u021binute sau utilizate \u00een baza unui drept legal de c\u0103tre unit\u0103\u021bile Ministerului Afacerilor Interne;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-de\u021binute sau utilizate \u00een baza unui drept legal de c\u0103tre serviciile de ambulan\u021b\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-de\u021binute sau utilizate \u00een baza unui drept legal de c\u0103tre serviciile publice comunitare pentru situa\u021bii de urgen\u021b\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-vehiculele care efectueaz\u0103 transporturi \u00een interes NATO sau al parteneriatului pentru pace;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-de\u021binute sau utilizate \u00een baza unui drept legal de c\u0103tre institu\u021bii ale statului cu atribu\u021bii \u00een securitatea \u0219i siguran\u021ba na\u021bional\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-de\u021binute sau utilizate \u00een baza unui drept legal de c\u0103tre Administra\u021bia Na\u021bional\u0103 a Penitenciarelor;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-de\u021binute sau utilizate \u00een baza unui drept legal de c\u0103tre C.N.A.I.R. S.A. \u0219i subunit\u0103\u021bile sale;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-de\u021binute sau utilizate \u00een baza unui drept legal de c\u0103tre Inspectoratul de Stat pentru Controlul Transportului Rutier \u0219i utilizate pentru activitatea de inspec\u021bie \u0219i control;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-specializate, inclusive vehiculele care efectueaz\u0103 transportul acestora, care particip\u0103 la interven\u021bii \u00een caz de for\u021b\u0103 major\u0103, \u00een caz de fenomene naturale care afecteaz\u0103 c\u0103ile de comunica\u021bii \u0219i telecomunica\u021bii, zone locuite \u0219i obiective de interes na\u021bional;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-de\u021binute sau utilizate \u00een baza unui drept legal de c\u0103tre riverani;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-care efectueaz\u0103 transporturi funerare, periculoase sau m\u0103rfuri perisabile;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-care efectueaz\u0103 transportul de echipamente, medicamente \u0219i alte asemenea de prim-ajutor \u0219i ajutoare umanitare \u00een cazul unor calamit\u0103\u021bi sau dezastre naturale;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-destinate prin construc\u021bie tract\u0103rii vehiculelor avariate, inclusiv vehiculele tractate de acestea;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-care efectueaz\u0103 transporturi po\u0219tale;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-specializate, destinate, prin construc\u021bie, salubriz\u0103rii;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-cele care au puncte de \u00eenc\u0103rcare\/desc\u0103rcare pe sectorul de drum restric\u021bionat;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-cele care transport\u0103 materiale destinate lucr\u0103rilor de refacere a drumului la km 238+000 \u2013 km 238+200.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preciz\u0103m c\u0103 utilizarea traseului cu restric\u021bii de c\u0103tre vehiculele cu masa maxim\u0103 admis\u0103 de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 3,5 tone este op\u021bional\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru vehiculele cu masa total\u0103 maxim\u0103 admis\u0103 de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 3,5 tone, se poate utiliza urm\u0103toarea variant\u0103 ocolitoare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>DN 7 Rm.V\u00e2lcea \u2013 Brezoi \u2013 DN 7AVoineasa \u2013 DN 67C TransAlpina \u2013 Sebe\u0219<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Tg.Jiu \u2013 DN 67 Novaci \u2013 DN 67C TransAlpina \u2013 Sebe\u0219.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe perioada execut\u0103rii lucr\u0103rilor, vehiculele cu masa total\u0103 maxim\u0103 admis\u0103 mai mare de 7,5 tone, dar mai mic\u0103 sau cel mult egal\u0103 cu 30,0 tone, pot utiliza urm\u0103toarea variant\u0103 ocolitoare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>Rm.V\u00e2lcea \u2013 DN 67&nbsp;
