Trei modific\u0103ri importante pentru perioadele de repaus ale \u0219oferilor profesioni\u0219ti vor fi aplicate pe teritoriul Uniunii Europene \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu data de 20 august. Astfel, \u00een cazul \u0219oferilor care desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 transport interna\u021bional de m\u0103rfuri, se vor putea lua dou\u0103 perioade consecutive reduse de repaus s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nal. O alt\u0103 veste bun\u0103 pentru \u0219oferi este c\u0103 transportatorii trebuie s\u0103 le asigure spa\u021bii de cazare corespunz\u0103toare pentru efectuarea repausului s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nal normal. \u00cen plus, \u0219oferii vor putea dep\u0103\u0219i durata de conducere pentru a ajunge la centrul opera\u021bional al angajatorului sau la re\u0219edin\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Potrivit noii reglement\u0103ri, un \u0219ofer va putea s\u0103 efectueze dou\u0103 perioade s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nale de repaus reduse consecutive, cu condi\u021bia ca, \u00een oricare patru s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni consecutive, acel conduc\u0103tor auto s\u0103 efectueze cel pu\u021bin patru perioade de repaus s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nal dintre care cel pu\u021bin dou\u0103 perioade de repaus s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nal s\u0103 fie perioade de repaus s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nal normale. \u00cen dou\u0103 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni consecutive, un \u0219ofer trebuie s\u0103 efectueze cel pu\u021bin dou\u0103 perioade de repaus s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nal normale sau o perioad\u0103 de repaus s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nal normal\u0103 \u0219i o perioad\u0103 de repaus s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nal redus\u0103 de minimum 24 de ore. Totu\u0219i, orice reducere a repausului s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nal se va compensa ulterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Alt\u0103 schimbare este c\u0103 perioadele normale de repaus s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nal \u0219i orice perioad\u0103 de repaus s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nal de peste 45 de ore, luat\u0103 \u00een compensa\u021bie pentru perioadele reduse anterioare, vor fi efectuate \u00eentr-un spa\u021biu de cazare corespunz\u0103tor (cu spa\u021bii de dormit \u0219i instala\u021bii sanitare). Costurile de cazare vor fi suportate de angajator. \u00cen plus, angajatorul va trebui s\u0103 organizeze activitatea astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t \u0219oferii s\u0103 se \u00eentoarc\u0103, \u00een fiecare perioad\u0103 de patru s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni consecutive, fie la centrul opera\u021bional al angajatorului, fie la re\u0219edin\u021ba lor<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
