Ce solicit\u0103 Pro Infrastructura\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u0103rbatul a intrat gre\u015fit pe autostrad\u0103, \u00eentre Gil\u0103u \u015fi Turda, \u015fi a continuat s\u0103 circule pe banda a doua, \u00een ciuda faptului c\u0103 de mai multe ori a fost la un pas de a face un accident cu consicin\u0163e tragice.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Accidentul s-a petrecut la pu\u0163in timp dup\u0103 ce, s\u00e2mb\u0103t\u0103, \u015foferul incon\u015ftient a fost filmat dintr-o ma\u015fin\u0103 care circula regulamentar. B\u0103rbatul care circula pe contrasens a intrat \u00eentr-o coliziune frontal\u0103 dup\u0103 ce a trecut de ma\u015fina care l-a filmat.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eCa s\u0103 scape c\u00e2t mai repede din aceast\u0103 situa\u0163ie, circul\u0103 cu vitez\u0103 mare! A\u015fa s-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat \u015fi \u00een recentul incident din nodul Turda, unde un cet\u0103\u0163ean a condus c\u00e2\u0163iva kilometri pe contrasens pe A3 spre Gil\u0103u.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e2\u0163iva \u015foferi au reu\u015fit s\u0103-l evite \u00een ultimul moment dar \u00een cele din urm\u0103 s-a oprit, a\u015fa cum era de a\u015fteptat, \u00eentr-o coliziune frontal\u0103, din fericire f\u0103r\u0103 consecin\u0163e grave\u201d, se arat\u0103 pe pagina de Facebook a Asocia\u0163iei Pro Infrastructur\u0103. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Poli\u0163ia Cluj a precizat c\u0103 \u015foferului i s-a re\u0163inut permisul de conducere \u00een vederea suspend\u0103rii exercit\u0103rii dreptului de a conduce autovehicule pentru o perioada de 60 de zile.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u201eNu opri\u0163i \u015fi nu \u00eentoarceti pe autostrad\u0103, e pericol de moarte!\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asocia\u0163ia Pro Infrastructura a analizat situa\u0163ia \u00een care s-a aflat \u015foferul incon\u015ftient, s\u00e2mb\u0103t\u0103, pe Autostrada Transilvania, ar\u0103t\u00e2nd:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u201eCircula\u0163ia pe contrasens pe autostrad\u0103 nu este un fenomen specific rom\u00e2nesc: mul\u0163i \u015foferi ajung din gre\u015feal\u0103 \u00een aceast\u0103 situa\u0163ie chiar \u015fi \u00een Germania sau SUA. Din p\u0103cate investigarea acestor incidente \u00een Rom\u00e2nia relev\u0103 o concluzie \u00eengrijor\u0103toare: mul\u0163i rom\u00e2ni ajung pe contrasens perfect con\u015ftient, nu din neaten\u0163ie, dup\u0103 ce au intrat pe autostrad\u0103 legal, dar nu \u00een direc\u0163ia \u00een care doreau s\u0103 se deplaseze. Pentru a corecta aceast\u0103 situa\u0163ie \u00eentorc pur \u015fi simplu vehiculul \u015fi pornesc \u00een sens opus!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Pericolul de ciocnire frontal\u0103 cu consecin\u0163e fatale e cu at\u00e2t mai mare cu c\u00e2t, dup\u0103 \u00eentoarcere, mul\u0163i dintre ei aleg s\u0103 circule pe contrasens pe cea mai rapid\u0103 band\u0103 a autostr\u0103zii, c\u0103 doar ei sunt obi\u015fnui\u0163i s\u0103 circule pe dreapta, adic\u0103 st\u00e2nga celor care circul\u0103 corect! \u015ei asta nu e tot: ca s\u0103 scape c\u00e2t mai repede din aceast\u0103 situa\u0163ie, circul\u0103 cu vitez\u0103 mare!\u201d\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0 Speciali\u015ftii asocia\u0163iei sf\u0103tuiesc \u015foferii care ajung \u00een aceast\u0103 situa\u0163ie s\u0103 nu se ipreasc\u0103 \u015fi s\u0103 nu \u00eentoarc\u0103 pe autostrad\u0103: \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eNu s-a n\u0103scut \u00eenc\u0103 \u015foferul care s\u0103 nu fi ratat vreodat\u0103 o ie\u015fire sau intrare de autostrad\u0103, i se poate \u00eent\u00e2mpla oricui. \u00cen asftel de cazuri, continua\u0163i p\u00e2n\u0103 la prima ie\u015fire \u015fi orienta\u0163i-v\u0103 dup\u0103 ce a\u0163i ie\u015fit de pe autostrad\u0103. Ca s\u0103 evita\u0163i astfel de incidente, consulta\u0163i harta \u00eenainte de a porni la drum \u015fi planifica\u0163i cu aten\u0163ie deplasarea \u00een nodurile mai complicate (cum e nodul Turda \u015fi viitorul nod Sebe\u015f), chiar dac\u0103 ave\u0163i GPS. Nu opri\u0163i \u015fi nu \u00eentoarceti pe autostrad\u0103, e pericol de moarte!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u00a0 Pro Infrastructura: \u201eCerem a\u015fadar CNAIR s\u0103 revizuiasc\u0103 semnalizarea rutier\u0103 \u00een noduri\u201d Pro Infrastructura cere implicarea aurorit\u0103\u0163ilor pentru a fi evitate astfel de cazuri: \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eLa prima vedere autorit\u0103\u0163ile nu au ce face ca s\u0103 evite astfel de cazuri, c\u0103 doar nu putem lua m\u0103suri pentru fiecare \u015fofer care \u00eencalc\u0103 legea \u00een mod grosolan. Dar ace\u015fti \u015foferi pun vie\u0163ile altora \u00een pericol, \u015fi e destul loc de mai bine \u00een semnalizarea nodurilor rutiere \u015fi intersec\u0163iilor din \u0163ar\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cerem a\u015fadar CNAIR s\u0103 revizuiasc\u0103 semnalizarea rutier\u0103 \u00een noduri, \u00een colaborare cu societatea civil\u0103. \u00a0 Cerem de asemenea Ministerului Transporturilor s\u0103 colaboreze cu Ministerul de Interne care a investigat aceste incidente \u015fi s\u0103 publice o situa\u0163ie a nodurilor \u00een care au avut loc astfel de incidente, orelor din zi, v\u00e2rstele \u015foferilor, \u015fi alte informa\u0163ii relevante. Este important ca societatea s\u0103 \u00een\u0163eleag\u0103 magnitudinea \u015fi gravitatea acestui fenomen.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lipsa proiect\u0103rii orientate pe \u015fofer a drumurilor \u015fi semnaliz\u0103rii lor, lipsa testelor cu \u015foferi a indicatoarelor de orientare duce la proiectarea incoerent\u0103 a nodurilor \u015fi semnaliz\u0103rii. Ideal ar fi ca toate nodurile s\u0103 fie testate \u00eenainte de a fi construite, folosind de exemplu focus-grupuri sau realitate virtual\u0103.
